Yummy Tofu And Bbq - San Jose - Photo album

Just go! Excellent, Cosy, Korean restaurant - with all your favorites. They serve six side dishes, of which five can be eaten by vegetarians. The seafood pancake can be made vegetarian, and was great. The mushroom tofu stew, and pork BBQ were both yummy. You might be sitting very close to other tabl
I have ordered a bossam to go. The food is very carefully wrapped to avoid any leakage. Also the food tastes great!
Korean restaurants are notoriously bad for vegetarians, but this one is a rare exception. There are 4-5 clearly clearly marked dishes made with alternative broth. First time I've ever been able to have a Korean dish that isn't a sad bibimbap!
Really yummy food! I like the kimchi because it's very fresh. All the side dishes taste delicious. Not too expensive either. Come when it's not too busy because the inside is small.
Yummy tofu has probably one of the most crispy seafood pancakes that I've had! The tteokbboki was very flavorful too. Def would come back just for the seafood pancake though that's how much I love it.
We tried Beef bulgogi, seafood tofu stew, kimchi pork tofu stew, vegetarian dolsot bulgogi and veggie pancake - our favorite from the spread is the veggie pancake - super crunchy and so delicious! Highly recommend. We got the veg option (as opposed to seafood pancake) because one of our group was ve
This might be the best Korean restaurant in the Bay. Flavours are on point!! The tofu soup in medium spicy just hit the spot and the bulgogi had that charcoal grill scent that makes it the real deal. Reminded me of a bulgogi place I go to with my grandma when I go back to Korea, so like the REAL dea
Everything is so good, especially the seafood pancake, that's a must have! It was crispy and there's squid in every bite, love it so much!
Randomly picked this joint and it ended up being a good meal. Legit Korean food served up and a reasonably price point. It’s a no frills sort of ambience. We tried their Chicken Bi Bim Bap and Bulgogi, I’d recommend them both and suggest you request them to make it spicy.
The FLAVORS. My partner gushed about their seafood pancake for a full year, and I’m happy to say that it lived up to all that hype. It’s thick with ingredients, and oh so crispy. I heard another patron ask for theirs to be extra crispy, which seemed like a pro move to me.
Came from Santa Cruz to get the authentic Korean food experience, did not disappoint. Soon tofu soup was tasty, lots of pepper flavor, side dishes were all good. We got there shortly after opening, by the time we left the place was filling up with mostly Korean customers. It's not very big so easy t
Not a place you will choose to eat at for ambiance as you can see from the photos but the food is awesome. One of the best for traditional korean food. Small place so may have to wait a bit at peak lunch/dinner times but customers are usually in and out so tables become available pretty fast.
My family and I love this place! Have been going here for over a decade and I seriously cannot find better kimchi, japchae, and most any other dish is always better here than elsewhere. They take their time to make each dish perfectly which really really matters. It is always the right flavor, text
OMG! Not sure where to start... everything is delicious! I loved the seafood tofu stew. Then we also had the seafood pancake. The flavor of each dish (we ordered several things) was so good. Forgot to take pictures because we just dug in. If you like Korean food, you need to eat here.
Ok, call me weird but I consider a Korean restaurant's ability to make a decent Bibimbap sort of a barometer of their whole menu. It's rice with meat and basically banchan (all those yummy Korean side dishes), all in a bowl. I got an order to-go and it was perfection. This was by far the BEST Bibim
Excellent food with apple portions. We especially like the seafood pancake. That is a must-have. We will definitely be back to this restaurant.
I love their seafood pancake. And their bibimbap is special. Side dishes are ok.
