My Whopper had pickles when I ordered no pickles. Other than tasting like gross pickles my food was fine.

I was nervous after seeing many of the negative reviews, but to my surprise, the service was great, and food came out relatively fast. Fries came out hot and crispy, and whopper was decent.

I would have given 5 stars but I probably spent 7 minutes in line in the drive thru just to pick up my food. I spent a good 5 minutes, I think, waiting for the front car at the pickup window to get their food. Don't know why it took so long but it did. I probably should have asked about it when I finally got to the window. I ordered on line and thought it shouldn't take long to pick it up but it was longer than I expected.

Kinda hard to enter. When you park. You have to find your way to the front door. Seems the parking lot is being repaired near the back of store. Which has been going on for a few months. Al in all. The place is nice.

One of the better BKs in the area. Friendly staff, clean establishment, and great service.
For bonus dining entertainment: sit at the corner table overlooking the Moorpark and Williams intersection for a hilarious view of s****y drivers struggling to navigate the unprotected left turn lights.

I had a great first experience at this Burger King. I have a picky family and never once had to repeat myself on our very specific orders. Everything was exactly as I asked for and the staff was incredibly nice. Definitely going back here.
