Kusan Uyghur Cuisine - San Jose - Photo album

I would recommend the lamb wrap, it’s flavorful and refreshing. The big plate chicken with noodles is slightly below my expectation. I’ve been to the north-west of China, I know how it tastes. This dish here is a bit light to me, I expect the sauce/broth to taste much stronger and more flavorful. Ov
I would say this is mostly like Uyghur food, the Big Plate Chicken was tender and joyful with hand pulled noodle, for further advice I would expect next level transitional spice used.
Great little hidden gem. Nice to try something from a lesser-represented part of the culinary world. The laghman is really good and, as other reviewers mentioned, portion sizes are very good.
Nice cozy atmosphere, well Persian decorated restaurant. Foods was great, well marinated. I had the lamb chop and I was really happy with it. Noodles and Salads were great too. My friends ordered for me. Some of the dishes I do not know. You can see the pix I posted here. They have beers too.
OMG , I just had an amazing lunch in here , we had Uyghur Langman. Samsa,And Polo ,Sheep feet , which is new on the menu. Love the foods in here , Prices are very reasonable and dishes are testy . Service is also great . Will definitely visit more often
Order off a qr code at the table, menu is online, requires everyone who wants to view the menu to sign in unfortunately which was annoying. Parking is located in the back of the restaurant, one handicap spot in the front. Lot is shared with the catering service and the fireplace store next door. We
Great food, we had the big plate chicken and it was so huge it can feed a whole family. And the beef noodles soup was amazing too. Lamb kebabs are a must! -1 star just for service, they brought everything very very slow and one by one so we couldn’t eat together
Unique flavors that are familiar yet different. We ordered the polo, lamb shank, lamb kebabs, larghman, and a butter tea. Polo is related to pilaf. Flavorful meats on a tomato based rice. The lamb shank is beautiful cooked and served on a naan. The lamb kebabs is tasty, spicy and tender. Larghman is
Tried this completely new cuisine with my partner. We had following items: The big chicken plate- regular size: It was spicy(not hot), aromatic and very very delicious. Chicken pieces were very soft and juicy! Noodles went so well with the spice. The quantity was good, enough to feed two people wit
Samosa 烤包子 - 6/10. Needs salt and sugar. Special Milk Tea with Butter - (8/10) slightly sweet Big Plate Chicken - 8/10. Noodles need a little salt but overall good. Dogap Drink with Sour Cream (4/10) - Flavorless Lamb Kebabs 羊肉串 - 8.5/10 Braised Lamb Shank 烧羊腿 - 8/10. You get a huge shank that melts
Nice lil restaurant near San Jose airport Has a hole-in-the-wall kind of feeling since it's just randomly in the middle of the road next to 101, but a great choice for lunch after picking someone up from the airport Would recommend the polo for summer as it comes with yogurt and it's a good contra
Let me start by saying what an excellent foray into a different food culture. I can’t even pronounce the region this food is from, but I didn’t really care, the chicken wrap that I got was really good. Be prepared for a lot of napkins because it is a messy dish but the flavors were amazing. The down
I have to give this place the rating it deserves, I saw a review of this place on tiktok while traveling to San Jose. I ordered the Big Plate Chicken, the 2 piece Beef Samsa and the KatKat for Dessert. I enjoyed it all. The flavors were definitely unique and a perfect level of spicy. Even though Uyg
Nestled right next to San Jose airport, this was my first experience at a Uyghur restaurant and turned out to be a great experience. Their dishes offer a unique palate, very unexpected and different from what I had thought walking in. Yet it was even more delicious than expected. Would recommend try
