Pretty good and clean. Staff is cool. They just take 20 minutes to make 2 drinks. The store wasn’t busy.

LOVE walking in here on sunny, hot days, when you can cool off and get lunch or a refreshing drink. The employees are very nice, and work on your order quite hastily and yet still deliver it in great value. Appreciate the work and people here, definitely recommend this place.

Could be cleaner, but is very busy all the time. Employees are always frazzled busy. The new Starbucks down the street hasn't made this one less busy. Drinks are always well done here. Employees remember the names of frequent guests and are friendly even though slammed with orders.

Starbucks on Bernal was fast. There was a long line out the door and Cory busted out the drinks as fast as he could. Everyone was happy because the line was moving quickly and the drinks were made just as fast. Great job team!

This starbucks is on point. They have the nicest staff, the store is clean and they always remember my drink and ask how my day is going. They're customer service is excellent and they're always quick, I wish all the starbucks were this good.
This is a great lunch stop during the week. Always people in there, but never too crowded or long lines. They really are nice as hell in there and try to get to know you if you are a regular.
