Visiting with friends we were welcomed like family, the service was great and the food was awesome. We shared the chicken salad, Edna Ray beef, sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. The Mongolian beef was the tastiest of the meal, I had asked what was the most popular and it turns out that is. I highly recommend this restaurant.
The house special Chow Mein is so good. Lots of layered flavors and perfectly cooked. This is a very Americanized Chinese food joint, with it's typical Chinese decor and very laid back Muzak track in the background. Great place for Chinese comfort food.
Was visiting friends who live in the area (I live in the L.A. area) and they suggested this restaurant. We had the Wor Won Ton Soup, House Special Chow Fun, Prawns w/ Hot Garlic Sauce and Kung Pao Chicken. They were all wonderful. In addition the servers couldn't be more helpful or attentive to our needs and questions. When back in town I would come to Edna's again.
This place is our go to Chinese food restaurant. Large portions. Tasty. Kind of a hole in the wall. Parking in the rear. Service is fairly quick if you go before the dinner crowd. Haven't found anything we don't like.
Tasty. A good spot for Americanized Chinese food. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The dumplings are quite good. Haven't found a bad dish yet.
