Cute little ice cream place, I had the pumpkin spice ice cream with chocolate crispies on top. The the pumpkin spice taste was perfect. There was a short line that loved fairly quick and my order was ready pretty fast. You can also watch your ice cream being made. Which was fun. I’d definitely come back.

We visited at night and, as always, there was a line already forming. It moves fast and gives you time to think about what you're getting once you reach the register.
In my opinion, the cones are the best thing they make here, they're crunchy, thin and delicious!
We tried their seasonal pumpkin spice flavor and were not disappointed. It was very good!
My one complaint is that you can't pick more than one flavor.

Santana Row in San Jose. Vanilla ice cream from Smitten tastes just like homemade. The flavor is so smooth and creamy and sweet. They make it right there in-store. You can look through the window and see the ice cream maker churning. For ice cream fans, you have to go and try it

The ice cream was pretty good, it has a bit of a buttermilk flavor, which you may or may not like. Also it’s not overly sweet. Great texture, and the experience is very cool, getting to watch them churn in front of you.

I would highly recommend this ice cream shop to anyone looking for a sweet treat. The atmosphere was inviting, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the ice cream was top-notch. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

Made all in the one building right there. Super delicious, super fresh tasting. Delicious! The beautiful two ladies that took my order and made my ice cream were real nice. Great conversation, great smiles, great service! Definitely will visit again next time I'm here from Santa Cruz.

Yummy yummy icecream! Pretty quick service regardless of the long lines. It’s a crowd favorite and it’s always lovely to get icecream and walk around the block. We tried the Brookies & cream and the strawberry with chocolate sauce. Both lovely!

Ice cream is excellent. It’s smooth, it’s delicious and flavors are great. You can get one is a cup, waffle cone or waffle bowl. They thoughtfully place waffle bowl in a cup. Flavors are variable, but all worth trying. They offer combination of toppings, cookies and syrups as well. It gets quite crowded but line moves quite quickly as they usually have two people taking orders.

Good ice cream. I got the honey honey flavor with black sugar(? I don't really remember what it was called) drizzle on top with a cone. I wish they allowed mixing flavors because I want to try multiple at once!

Got the earl grey with chocolate chips. Delicious flavor. Love that they have a seasonal menu; have also tried the strawberry balsamic in the past which is quite tasty.

Very good ice cream. I had the cookie dough with pretzels in a cup. Kinda pricey but, everything is on Santana Row, lol Felt a little bad for some of the staff, customers in front of us were super rude to them and others in line. Heads up ladies and gents👍

My wife and had the caramel brown sugar and almonds and cookie dough with pretzels in the waffle cone and they were both great. Some of the best ice cream we have ever had.

Customer service was terrible, they didn't know the product, only 2 menus to pass along the line? not willing to answer questions. Ice cream was really good! Get some bigger spoons please. I will come back again but hope the employees attitudes improve.
