Horrible service. Asked for no cheese (allergies) on my dauggters hamburger. They put cheese on it. Took it back in to get it corrected and they were being rude and covered the whole burger and bun with ketchup. Salvador, the General manager and Madison the shift manager(the one who took my order) didn't seem to care at all much. Order was taken inside at 5:16p.m. waited 13 minutes. I'm going full Karen on this one. $15 per hour and this is what happens.... only in California.

Lilliana was the best . She was so sweet getting me a toy I wanted for the kids meal my son wanted . She didn’t get mad or make a big deal I love it thank you so much girl .

That is one of the best Carl's Juniors I've have ever ate 2 and I ate a lot of cuz I like the spicy chicken sandwich but there's is always hot onion rings is always hot and the people are real friendly it has to be the best one around and I praise him and it's clean also

They heat up their hamburgers in microwave to melt the cheese and bread gets hard pretty fast. Patties in the hamburger are dry and tasteless cause they are old and burnt. This place customer service is okay but but is bad.

Never have I experience this....🙄.
All I can say at this point. I grew up eating at Carl's jr.. .and I had never had a burger fall apart as soon as I picked it up....not sure what's going on or what happened. I tried to call...no answer. On a good side my daughter burger was good, she loved the burgers...lol.

I ordered 2 single beyond burgers and asked them to put special sauce instead of the sauce that comes on it I also ordered a medium fry when I got to the window the total was $15.64 ,I noticed the fry was missing when I asked for ketchup,they said it would be$ 3.00 more ,they ended up giving me the fry,when I got home the fries were cold and stale , no onion, pickle,lettuce or tomato the burgers only had sauce and cheese,and were over cooked and no ketchup in the bag ! I don't know what she did with the ketchup in her hand when I handed her the bag back for the fries they forgot, I make beyond burgers at home all the time and they are plump and juicy, these were flat and dry,I can by a box for $14 dollars. With that being said I'll never go to a Carl's Jr again! I felt ripped off! When I called and asked for a refund they said In order to do that I would have to bring the burgers back. BAH!!!
