DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Yes it may be close to where you live, but trust me just order from some where else, you’ll thank me later. Staff is super rude. I did a pick up order, and it said it was gonna take an hour. Ok that’s fine. Kill some time, go to the store when it says my order should be ready. Still not ready. The best part is they tried to tell me they didn’t get my order. I should them my recipet and they said oh well you said your name wrong 🤔 I’m pretty sure I know my own but whatever, now they are saying all the ordered go pushed back another 30 mins. So here I sit waiting for my 1 pizza

I don’t usually come to this Little Caesar’s because of the parking lot accessibility. However, I am so happy I did! Sonia, you are awesome! My son & I were blown away by the amazing, going above-and-beyond service you provided. You made our day! Customer service was not only THE BEST, the food was fresh & delish. Y’all rock! Friday night 3 June 2022.. at 8:19 p.m., put an order with Little Caesars Pizza San Jacinto store. Ask for delivery. This was an online order from their app. Your store is not closed till 11:00 p.m. once I push the pay button it tells me that I can't get my order filled it said by 9:02. What's the problem if you're open to 11:00. I have ordered pizza this late in the evening before. I would give it a zero star but they've only got one is the lowest number.

Updated Current, This Place Isn't Reccomended To Be Avoided, But Is To Be Avoided, Current Projections Lead To Incredibly Long Wait Times Ranging Up To Two Hours For One Pizza. Disorganized, I should know, I was an Assistant Manager there, to say the least this entire corporation is a joke. Prices may look cheap at first, put a couple add-on's, your better off going to another pizza chain, especially if you want a custom pizza or many small side items. Service is chaotic, many of the people who have worked here are very friendly and try thier best, but due to the sheer cutthroat labor projections, they are often left understaffed, great people, not so great conditions. Management is focused on maximizing productivity and efficiency rather than customer or employee satisfaction. Portions are very restricted and in some cases actually lower than what they are meant to be, all in efforts to maximize profits. This is all to say without the GM does make efforts to maintain consistency with the product, and overall can have amazing capabilities if given the recourses. But corporate is too focused on the wrong areas, if someone is interested in working here, I don't say walk, but run away, you're better off somewhere else. If you would still like to visit this location, I would reccomend arriving around 2-3pm, a more calm time, the food is often prepared correctly during this time, and you will actually be happy with the speed of service. However arriving around a peak time will earn you nothing but regret, please do have sympathy for these workers, many of them don't deserve half of what is dished out to them.

The deep dish is good. Took about 25 minutes for 2. The only thing that went wrong is within 30 minutes of paying with credit card at first machine on left I was notified of an attempted purchase at a motheregoos store. I said no it was not me and card was locked. Now have to wait 10 days for a new one. May not have happened at this store but it was only purchase made within a week using the card. Pizza was good tho Lol .

The last few months I've not been able to get a pizza and every time I leave i always think about if this was a functioning business how successful it would be. im sure they're losing thousands of dollars a day. maybe even five figures. in that area the fast food chain restaurants and dollar stores seem to be mismanaged as well. it all starts at the top. hopefully things will work out

I've ALWAYS been one for supporting FAMILY OWNED dining establishments. Little Caesars has been a budget-friendly option for MANY years. I have only great reviews for Little Caesars, and ONLY ONE complaint... I'm a bit upset that your DELICIOUS WINGS price went from $5- to $9-!! I guess I'll just have to WING it!! No worries, I highly recommend Little Caesars, for PIZZA PIZZA!!

Manager very unprofessional been waiting for for my pizza portal order almost two hours when it was supposed to be ready long ago this is very unprofessional and she shows that customers don’t matter I can do her job way better than her! She’s definitely making Little Caesars look bad ! I’ve seen 4 refunds since I’ve been here very sad. The ones that are getting their orders are store orders online orders aren’t being fulfilled or prioritize they way they are supposed! Corporate should know!
