Although I will straight-out recommend that you make a reservation, do know that they’re really accommodating if you just want to walk in. As the restaurant name suggest, this is a go-to place for meat, namely steak. My lamb cutlets were delish with well-balanced accompaniments and my partner’s steak was melt-in-your-mouth good. Perfectly cooked and left you wanting more and more. A decent wine list and friendly, attentive service. The vibe here is great for solo diners, date night, and most things in between.

My friend and I went there last night and what a wonderful time we had! Nate was our server and he went the extra mile to make sure our experience was excellent. When we arrived they had stopped serving food but we were extra lucky and the cooks were willing to serve some fries and brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts are a must. They are also doing a discount on bottles so we ordered a really nice bottle of white. Thank you Nate, the service was great!

The cowboy ribeye is a delicious meal and they have a selection of red wines to accompany it and that ish all I need. The steak is well prepared and rich and tasty and juicy

Everything is A+. Honestly I didn’t enjoy any steak restaurant in my life. Food, ambiance and hospitality. I’m going to share the pictures and you guys can decide on your own. Executive Chef Coskun is the King of 🥩

Blind Butcher turned out to be a nice little neighborhood wine bar. We stopped in for a respite during The Castro Street Fair, and I guess they're not usually open during daytime hours. Staff were knowledgable and welcoming. We easily found a few nice wines on their "by the glass" list, and an even wider selection on the bottle list. I had a flight and found each pour to be more than ample. No skimping here. Though we didn't order any food selections, the dishes that went past all looked, and smelled, delicious. We'll check it out again soon and get something to eat.

Super chilled atmosphere, the waiters are not floating around you but its super easy to catch their attention. A great place to have a conversation. Not loud or annoying whatsoever. Food is amazing, no doubts!
