This semi-hidden bar and tapas place in Mission District (near the outskirts) has excellent food. I enjoyed the tacos, the chips and guac are amazing, shrimp ceviche, sausage and other bites had great flavor. The drinks and service are great.
The DJ and audio system (it's quadraphonic) is excellent and the lounging vibe. I highly recommend and it's good for events and gatherings. Debbie, the bar owner is super chill and is very accommodating.

Wow! What a wonderful place ❤ We had brunch and everything was fresh and delicious! They had a fun DJ playing happy chill vibes. Indoor or out it was really a great dining experience!

Really good drinks and fun vibe with some live DJ. We were there for a friend's bday party and had a great time.
P.S. Their deviled eggs were yummy.

Slow service on a night when there weren't many people. The food was pricey for the serving sizes and hit or miss- for example, the queso was rock hard by the time it got to us and we had to eat it with a fork. The sausages were fine, but you could recreate the dish easily by just frying up any kielbasa from the store.

Had a great visit to Asiento after our friends birthday cruise on the bay. Lots of fun drinks and tapas style food. The Thai meatballs were fantastic! The sauce was so good I ordered more bread so I could soak up the sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The only down side was they had a drink on the menu called The Spinnaker that looked amazing, but they were out of some of the ingredients. Definitely recommend as a great hangout spot with fun music.

The best neighborhood find so far. The menu is amazing and I made it a task to try all of their cocktails. The staff is also great, friendly and very helpful when it comes to choosing a good drink! The music is also amazing ♥️ I can see this place being my go-to bar for the foreseeable future

Loving Asiento for many years! Has always supported local music, art, and DJs. Tasty food and cocktails, good vegan options. New outdoor parklet is lovely and comedy Wednesday night.❤️
