Had a swift, pleasant experience getting my passport renewed. I had about one month to get it done before my trip, so I chose the option to get it within one week. It did cost more, but it actually arrived within 3 business days, so I was happy. The guy I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process smooth and easy for me by filling out all forms, organizing everything, answering questions i had, and assuring me I would get it on time. He was also very friendly in general and we got to chat about other things while he worked. Once he finished, which only took like 15 minutes, all I had to do was sign in the proper places, then I was good to go. I highly recommend this location. You may have to pay a more for expedited service, but you can trust your passport will arrive in time.
At the last minute I the last minute I noticed that my nephews passport had expired over a year ago, after hours of searching the net I stumbled across this company. I was a little hesitant at first when I walked in to the office, however, Ryan and his team made me feel at ease. Extremely professional, quick and easy process, my family and I received the passport with in 2 days. I will definitely be using the service again, and will recommend anyone to do the same.

Pleasantly surprised at how fast the process was. Ulises was who I worked with, and he was extremely knowledgeable in expedition of my passport. My situation was not of the norm, therefore he advised me on exactly what it would take for approval. I was nervous, but he made it happen. He also went above and beyond getting my ID back to me, as I had accidentally left it at his office. I most definitely recommend The Passport Office for all passport needs.
