Sally's Restaurant

Sally’s is a good breakfast restaurant if you’re looking for something more on the casual side. I went in on a Sunday morning. You walk in, order at the counter, and seat yourself. For me, this was quick and convenient. I ordered the waffle sandwich. It contains eggs, cheese, bacon, and it is served with a side of potatoes. I also ordered their French toast coffee (dark roast). The coffee itself was definitely 4 stars. The French roast had a rich, bold flavor. The waffle sandwich was okay. It is not as tasty as it looks. The eggs and bacon were cooked well, however the eggs were lacking some seasoning/flavor. I had to add pepper and hot sauce to give it a kick. I did enjoy the potatoes on the side. Overall, I am rating a 3 due to the food just being average. I don’t think I would order the waffle sandwich again. I am tempted to come back and try something else.

Sally...that girl...is the song I think of whenever I come here to eat! This is a great local spot right across from the police station. Believe it or not I usually find parking! I always order eggs Benedict. They always have specials but this ones my fav. I love the sauce and perfectly poached eggs! They will cook just about anything you recommend. Just ask! Everything cooked right in front you so no pre cooked potatoes. The place is always clean and they have more than enough seating. It's a smorgasbord style menu. Grab your tray and place you order. They have an assortment of beverages from soda to orange juice and always fresh coffee. The customer service is fantastic! You can see by my pictures these guys and gal are hams in front of the camera! Go have breakfast!

The food is great! The service was fantastic! And the atmosphere was a relaxing down home feel. The employees where very warm and welcoming! But the chicken fried steak with the apple wood sausage gravy was to die for!! Most definitely a great place to go for breakfast at 7 am just like on the farm back home!! The quality of the food was severely lacking. I ordered a pork belly Benedict and the pork belly was so over cooked that it crunched when bitten. Almost literally jerky texture. The pot oates that came with it were only marginally better. I'll give them that the eggs were perfectly fine, but that's not enough to salvage the dish. I'll not be returning.
