Noah's Ny Bagels

Very nice and cozy place. Good quality of food and they have very nice variety of bagels. My favorites are having many cream cheese flavors. Happy to see NewYork in SFO ❤️❤️ Nice lunch options are available. They have burritos too. They have chips for sandwiches. They have fish options for lunch. Beverages are available right from chocolate milk bottles to fresh orange juices to fresh brewed coffees (both hot and cold). Not sure about seating in-store. We carried out food and had at near by park. Store is neat and staff are very friendly and helpful. Egg lovers will have good time choosing egg items in bagels and sandwiches too. Busy in peak hours. You can pre-order through app and pick them up to avoid waiting lines and crowds.

Delicious bagels but the service is sub par. They pressed for a tip which is fine if the service is acceptable. They took more than 10 minutes to pull two plain bagels out of the display and for toasted and spread cream cheese over one for some reason... They weren’t even that busy. Not sure what happened. Slow service and messed up the simplest order.

Subpar staff interaction and a sloppily made bagel sandwich leave me hard pressed to give this any more than 2 stars. And note to staff: When you cut the bagel sandwich in half, cut it *through* all the way to the bottom. Otherwise, trying to tear the two halves apart makes the whole sandwich fall apart. Common sense, people.

Their bagels are decent but every time I come here the service is just SO bad. They have a mobile ordering option, but you get there and you have to stand and wait there until you can flag down an employee. The employees here are so busy that they ignore everyone at the counter until you get lucky enough to trap them into your attention. I live around the corner and have been here a couple times and every time it’s the same experience. I’m ignored for 5-10 minutes before I can trap someone to give me my mobile order, then they forget to give me my drink. Today it happened again. 2 other customers in line. I wait for them to give me my order. They forget my drink so I stand there for another 5 mins while the employee has his back turned around me because hes waiting for a bagel to warm up. I tell them they forgot my drink. They have me SNIFFING different cups to help identify which one is the chai latte that I ordered. What an absolutely horrific system. Corporate— please fix your mobile ordering system to be more efficient like Starbuck’s.
