When this place first opened it was very good. However, the quality of food has gone down alittle. For instance, the garlic fries I ordered when they first opened were delicious, with proper seasoning, and garlic bits, and cooked to perfection. The last time I ordered, there were barely any garlic bits, and the fries were overcooked and dried. Also the takeout packaging quality has gone cheap. When I first went, they individually wrapped each burger in a small box. The last time I ordered (4 burges and a couple sides), they wrapped it in paper and stuffed it all into a single bag that was overloaded and beginning to tear. It seems maybe the owner has lost focus.

The burger was good and the cook is nice. But, the waitress is not very good. When I tried to order a cheeseburger, I gave the needed info but the girl at the counter had to re-ask several things that I had already supplied. I was not given a place setting or told how to get it. I notice that other patrons have been given water, but not me. This girl is playing with her hair right now (in a restaurant), was sticking her butt into the drinks cooler (to be fresh?), and is more interested in her cell phone than anything else.

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered a burger to go and was handed a to-go box. When I got to my destination, I found out I was given a salad instead but the receipt on top said Eastern burger. I explained that I did not have time to come back and would like a refund. I was told no and then the guy hung up on me. I tried calling several times and they would not pick up.
