Big Chef Tom's Belly Burgers

The best burger I've ever had in my life. I love the flavor of pork belly but usually don't have it anywhere since I don't like the texture of fat but the pork belly patties here are a different story! If you love pork this is the place for you! Even the chicken patties are incredible! The banh mi and "American" style burgers are my favorite but I've never had anything here I don't like. I always recommend this place and bring friends here. So good I bought the T-shirt with their logo on it that they sell. It's that good!

Two words "HOG HEAVEN" and I also ordered the super fries with a delicious old fashioned grape soda!! Perfect!!! I was on the hunt for gourmet burgers with a twist and this spot has it all! Simple, clean, quick and DELICIOUS! TOM was actually working the counter taking pride in his culinary gifts, he was very nice and knowledgeable. So glad I went here!!! 5 stars for sure!!! Have you ever had a pork belly burger? This is the only place that I have ever heard of that has this on the menu. It's freaking AMAZING. So moist and succulent. It melts in your mouth. You can create your own or go for one of the chef's selections. The fries are on point too, with a variety of dipping sauces to try. And the super fries are serious.

My experience was majestic. I was thrown back how this menu was created and presented in a way simplicity butwas also bold daring flavored and built. Each Burger toppings complemented each other . There cheese fries are addicting with ketchup and their homemade garlic Mayo together was having a live lovefeast in your mouth.

My experience was heaven sent. Staff made me feel special by explaining each and every burger and the splendid toppings the grace the too of each mouth watering burger on the menu. There fries are excellent the onion fries are great also. The aura and the mood in the restaurant made you want to stay there all night long and enjoy the food aroma and the folks who made it.
