Very good customer service and K-9 acceptance along with the great coffee it has a very nice old style ambience. The wraps are delicious along with the cakes and cookies! The gr8 thing about Peet's is your take home bag of toasted coffee is done at time of order, and is neatly bagged and warm ready

My favorite Peet's in S F. Coffee / Expresso is superb. That's the main draw of course. And the folks who work here are the best. Great customer service . Friendly. inviting. Responsive. Love coming here for my weekend treats

Good chain coffee shop in the Castro. Clientele is very gay. Great place to get work done, people watch, or meet a friend. No oven here so they don’t offer breakfast sandwiches or hot pastries.

Friendly staff, great location, lots of inside seating but it's often busy. The long, narrow shape of the store if means lines, but the coffee and snacks are worth it. There's two outside benches for people watching (if you're lucky and they're available!)
