Very good customer service and K-9 acceptance along with the great coffee it has a very nice old style ambience. The wraps are delicious along with the cakes and cookies! The gr8 thing about Peet's is your take home bag of toasted coffee is done at time of order, and is neatly bagged and warm ready for whet you get home and brew the first of many delicious pots of coffee

Picked up a mystery bag from an app called "too good to go" that helps avoid food waste by selling of the fresh foods for cheap at end of day. So I got 5 baked goods (of my choice) from the display case for $5. They have gluten free brownies too. Got those. Also had a mocha that was great. Not to sweet

Love their new summer drinks with jelly! I got the Matcha Latte one and it’s almost like drinking boba. The vibe inside is great and the location in the Castro is super nice.
I liked the music they were playing and all the staff were really nice! I came for an event and had a blast. I also really love their hot foods behind the counter. It pairs so well with the coffee.

Growing tired of Starbucks constantly driving customers away by taking out outlets to plug in and closing bathrooms, I decided to give Peets. A try
I was pleasantly surprised. Many Outlets to plug in and work and no hassle bathroom. Friendly staff. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will not return to Starbucks
