I arrived in SF very early in the morning and this place was next to the Caltrain station, so I hanged out there for about two hours before everything else was open in the city. This was a great place where to start my morning. Staff members were friendly. The coffee was fresh and cinnamon crunchy bagel was absolutely delicious !! Recommended!

Very decent fast food option. The service is quick and the place is usually not too crowded. Also close by the Caltrain so it is a great place to get a quick bite if you are coming in and out of the city in a rush. The food is also pretty good and they have a decent variety of options.

Good quality fast-food in very convenient location at Caltrain Station. Great for waiting for the train. Could be cleaner (not saying it is dirty here, just that could be cleaner)

The bagels were great. I wish the jalapeño bagel was not very hard.

Healthy without fuss. Wi-Fi and power points are easily available. New items on menu keeps things fresh

The bread was fresh, authentic and really good. The quality of food they provide justifies the slight premium they charge compated to other places. I like their 'Pick 2' concept which allowed me to get a salad with sandwich at a slightly reduced price. Loved their Baguette :-)

If you are a fan of the Panera chain you will like this one. I have no complaints, my broccoli cheddar soup seemed fresh and hot and was served in minutes.
Personally the prices are a little much in my opinion for soup, chips, and a drink. (A little over $10) but unless this is your first time you probably already know what to expect in terms of pricing.
I am a very big fan of their fruit teas. Definitely try the prickly pare one if you haven't!

I loled this place because it's big and cozy. The only thing is I should have looked up what my dish looks like first because the first pic shows what kind of chicken you get but then I requested for the kind that they put in the salads. When you see pasta at a salad and sandwich place probably not a good idea to get it. It was quite small too for 10.00 cost. Recommend sticking with their sandwiches, salad, soups, and or mac and cheese which is what I think most people get. Well next time!!

This was a perfect place for the heavy lunch that we wanted. I really liked their soups in bread bowls. We tried sandwiches which were really tasty and juicy. Chips are complementary with sandwiches. They offer a range of drinks and cookies also.
