I ordered pupusas revueltas. The pupusas, salsa and curtido were delicious. Horchata too, they make it as traditional Salvadoran horchata without milk or Rice.
I been living in the tenderloin for almost a year and it was my first trying the pupusas here. I got 2 cheese, 2 revueltas and cheese with beans.they were so good! Beware the salsa is super spicy in a good way😊
Excellent food and very friendly service. The pollo asado super burrito was the best burrito I’ve had in the neighborhood for sure. Great salsas too. Burrito came out to $13.80. Will come back for the pupusas.

I love it! Super Burritos are huge and ingredients great as well. California has a smaller size but still decent. My favorite is Chile Verde Carnitas Super burrito so far. I have been there a numerous times and every time my food was delicious. I appreciate people who work there and they approach to serve great food. This place is tiny but medieval busy so you know they are popular. Since there is not many true places which serves decent burritos, this place is definitely deserve to be on your list for a future visit.
Great food at a fair price. I heartily recommend the tamarindo - it was strong and rich, and a great compliment to my meal.

Unfortunately at the time we go they no longer offer indoor dining. But still the pupusas are so good. I'm sure it would be better if you can eat them fresh

Greatest and best affordable Latin food spot (rn the only one) above Geary on Larkin. It's a stumble down from my SRO, and I hope they stay open for many more years to come. We weathered Covid-19 together. We will continue to thrive afterwards! ¡Mucho gusto! Keep up the great wk on dem pupusas mmmm!
I eat here more than any other Mexican food place in the City. Have yet to meet something on the menu I haven't enjoyed. Truly outstanding food. And I am picky about Mexican food. Hole-in-the-wall, homestyle, like I grew up with. None of the commercial, hot tray, cafeteria style Mexican food you get in the Mission.
Better than any other taqueria in the immediate neighborhood! Not just hot for the sake of hot; even the plain beans and rice burrito had *flavor* before adding salsa! The salsa is great too! Genial staff, fast service, reasonable prices, quality food! After being disappointed by the others, this is my new go-to for Mexican cuisine in the TL!
I ordered papusas from here and they were divine!!! Will actually go check out the actual place soon!!! Love me some quality papusas!!
