1/4th shack was really good. Lots of flavor; delicious overall. The fish sandwich was good for the first few bites, but the mayonnaise began to be overwhelming after.

I bookmarked this place for about 2 yes & finally came to see for myself what are all the good reviews are about. Yes. Excellent burger. I ordered the 1/2 lb shack burger meal deal ($12.95) aded cheese. A lot of meat. Fresh ingredients. Very tasty. Excellent fries too.

Best burgers in North Beach. Small & simple neighborhood eatery...No fancy food presentation...but reasonably priced and fresh & hot! Family friendly serving fish & fries & chicken tenders.

Dang good burgers. Quick service in a quiet laid back atmosphere. Wasn't busy at all when we were there. Shack sauce was great and the French fries were phenomenal. Would recommend.

Delicious Shake Shack-esque burger. Loved the chocolate milkshake. Friendly service, very clean restaurant. Fair prices for the portion.

Great local burger place. Everything was freshly made and tased wonderful. The garlic fries looked amazing as did the milkshakes. Prices were very reasonable, $13 for the bacon cheeseburger and fries.
Only negative was the interior still looks very much like the former Chinese place.
