We stayed here for three days and really enjoyed the experience. It's a beautiful place with not large but nice rooms and good restaurants & room service etc. Next time visiting SF I'll consider staying here again.

Got a warm welcome by Nicole, big room, clean, quiet, good benefits (breakfast, goodies, champagne, room service voucher, cable car tickets...). The food was good, it is next to a dodgy area but this street is fine.

Unfortunately, this is a great hotel that has to deal with the riffraff and homeless outside. However, once you step inside, this hotel takes all of that away! Outstanding Service , great restaurant, and awesome bar.
