Koja Kitchen - San Francisco - Photo album

Teeny tiny place with a few seats inside & a few sidewalk tables. It's really best for to-go. The food is pretty simple and straightforward. Everything is really good, it's hard to go wrong here. The koja "burger" is great with short ribs in between rice buns. Fast and friendly service. They're loca
Cool concept with rice buns! They were crispy and yummy. Short rib was very tender and nice, brown rice in the bowl was delicious. I’m not big rice fan but finished this one. Kamikaze fries - crispy and loaded!
This Korean-Japanese (or KoJa) restaurant makes great fries, uncommon burgers, and refreshing drinks. There is a restroom, plenty of seating inside, and patio seating at the entrance if you like being kind of outside. This place can accommodate small and large groups because there are different size
Was looking for a place to get some teriyaki and found this. The food was really good and the price was acceptable. Not the cheapest around but still worth it for what you get. It is somewhere that I would consider going to again as we really enjoyed the food.
Perfect food truck court for outdoor fun with the family and pets. There's plenty of room to spread out and be safe. There's sooo many options to pick from to eat, bound to have something for someone regardless of their cravings. We ordered a little bit of everything, the IG reel/TT is viewable on
Have you ever had Umami Fries (see item on right of photo) at Koja Kitchen? Then, you haven't had one of the great delights of Clement Street. I've eaten at Koja Kitchen on at least four occasions. Their "outdoor" seating is actually covered and has excellent heat. No problem with loud music or patr
This was a great value for delicious, fresh food. The service was friendly and very quick. The chicken in the bowl was very tender and flavorful, everything in the bowl worked together nicely. My boyfriend really enjoyed the rice burger. The kamikaze fries were super fresh and the fries were on po
My family really likes to get groceries here, so I come near Clement often. I was often off put by the small portions and high prices at koja kitchen. My family really wanted to try it, so we went. We ordered umani fries, one of each tacos, chicken plate, and beef plate. The tacos were okay. I wasn
Love food - light, full of flavor, very unusual. Service is great. Very clean. I have been to two locations - San Francisco and San Jose. Both are great. One in San Jose has a vibe of a chain restaurant but San Francisco café feels more high end.
The staff is super nice and the location is excellent. It’s very clean and fun it would be good for really big groups. I ordered the wings and they were good. But not great. I’ve definitely had better wings in San Francisco
Awesome over-the-counter place if you want some good food but aren’t in the mood to wait. Casual, no-fuss atmosphere, reasonable prices. Definitely get their kamikaze fries; the best fries I’ve had anywhere.
Really good Korean BBQ sandwiches and rice patties are used instead of bread. No dryness, well cooked, and good flavors. Lots of seating out front and was pretty good for our large group. Make sure to let your ice cream sandwiches thaw before biting into them!!!
Really innovative food, served quickly and fairly priced. I had the pork koja which is like a pulled pork sandwich and salad together but instead of being in bread, was between two coconut rice things that you could handle like bread, except it was a little sticky. I also had the fries with meat and
10.29.2022: got the Original Koja and Buffalo Wings. I loved it, the kalbi was delicious and the wings were big and numerous and fried crispy but juicy on the inside.
Great food, I got the chicken koja, was a little messy but had really good flavors. Also had one of their craft beers and it was a great blonde ale. Wife got the original koja and I didn’t hear a peep out of her till it was gone...every last bite(she loved it). Our son got the chicken tacos and he a
I've been wanting to go here ever since I discovered Koja Kitchen on Instagram. I Love the Korean/Japanese fusion, loved the rice buns and all the flavors! They have 4 locations and a food truck! Can't wait to go back!
This place is such a great fusion idea! The rice patties make a great burger bun, and the rice isn't too stiff or mushy either. The meat is phenomenal, and you get a really healthy portion for fries as well. Definitely a good place for a weekend lunch date or a night out with friends.
Was a quick fix before an event. This place is worth checking out if you are in the area. The tuna bowl was good, staff was friendly and price were reasonable.
So good! Great food, great prices, and great staff. First time trying this place while I was in the San Francisco area. Different than what I'm used to but it was all delicious. I ate the original Koja, some tacos, and the Kamikaze fries - all delicious (it was a lot of food). I'm definitely coming
