Hong Kong Lounge - San Francisco - Photo album

*8/23/2023 This was my second visit to Hong Kong Lounge, and on this occasion, my dining companion and I decided to indulge in their delightful dim sum offerings. We arrived at around 11 a.m. on a Sunday and a modest queue already forming outside the restaurant. I would recommend that those arriving
5/5! After browsing Yelp to find one of the best Dim Sum restaurants folks recommended, we landed on Hong Kong Lounge. The Food: With any Dim Sum place I try, I have to get the tried and true, "Shumai" and "Har Gow (Shrimp Dumpling)". I also got many other dishes like "Fried Taro Cakes", "Shrimp N
Comparable to other very good dim sum places. I don’t think there’s anything in particular putting this place over the top. If you’re craving good dim sum, you’ll definitely find it at this place. The highlights for me were the chicken feet and the blanched broccoli.
Excellent dim sum served up here. Met up with family on our vacation and they highly recommended lunch here. We braved the rain and cold on a Sunday afternoon. We saw the long lines to get in. And we conquered about a dozen dishes on the menu. Everything was tasty and delicious. Just a heads up that
authentic then some spot with very classic traditional dishes. I really enjoyed the lobakgo and all the shrimp dishes were very fresh. The kanji was also very sizable and tasty to share
Thursday 11/23/23 Lunch at Hong Kong lounge in San Francisco with my cousins and relatives. Awesome and unique dim sum dishes. Deliciousness wrapped in a small package. There are so many selections. We over 20+ different dishes and have a well versed of tastes so ingredients. I recommend trying thi
July 2022: Came here for dinner and was very happy with the overall meal and service. It has been a few years since I have been here for dinner. We ordered off the menu and had a great variety. The lobster was cooked very well with ginger and green onions. They brought the live lobster to us befor
My brother and I took our mom here for dim sum to celebrate her birthday. They place was busy for a random Friday! Maybe it's because it was Good Friday, but the dinning room was full. While they didn't have the dim sum carts, they did provide a pictured menu and marker for dinners to mark their sel
Great affordable place for dimsum in SF. I loved the super rundown tradition interior that reminded me so much of Hong Kong and the great menu with lots of options. For tourists from Asia, pls note that the dishes here come in relatively larger size than in Asia so don't let your hunger trick you in
This place is dumpling heaven. I made a reservation so me and my friends didn't had to wait they sat us right away. My first impresión was that the place is beautiful and clean. The servers were great and service was fast. I recommend coming here with at least 4 people so you can try more than one di
I've had dim sum in Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Vancouver, New York City, and San Francisco. But this place, WOW. Everything was great! We had egg tarts, baked BBQ pork buns, shrimp dumplings, fried sesame balls, salt and pepper fish, and mango pudding. It was all super hot and fresh. The plac
Long line but worth the wait! Delicious food! Too loud in there, full of people but pleasant. Service was on point, you ask for some, they give it to you.
I've only been to this place once, on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant itself isn't really big, so expect a wait for seating. Like most dim sum places, you order off of a list and check off quantities of items of dishes. They charge a fee for tea for every member at your table. Pricing is fair and s
Good place for Dim Sum. Good varieties of food to satisfy most people. Price is similar to most restaurants.
If you can find parking in the area around Geary St. park and enjoy some delicious Dim Sum. This is as close to Hong Kong style you can get. Plenty of dishes to choose from. The baked BBQ buns are the best. Crunchy on the outside and moist flavourful BBQ filling inside. Any of their dumplings lend g
