Crab Station At Fishermans Wharf - San Francisco - Photo album

Considering I’m from Maryland the food was good. Definitely needed some seasoning. The Dungeons Crab and shrimp was fresh but some seasoning needed. My wife had the Clam Chowder in Sourdough Bread Bowl. It was very good. My son had Corn Dogs and curly fries. He was content. Not enough seating. Only
As fresh as it gets when it comes to seafood. Right on fisherman’s wharf, so you can expect a crowd on weekends but during the week it was empty with a lot of curb side seating. $32 was more than reasonable for the loaded lobster roll I ordered. Really tasty and a great alternative to the same kind
This place speaks chinese. They give off street food vibes. The food is not very pricey. Calm chowder worth my money. If they heated up the lobster sandwich it would have been better.
The food is delicious, seafood and chips, their main signature dish is clam chowder. Fried shrimp are my favorites, in my opinion the food is very tasty. the atmosphere is familiar and it is close to several shops and attractions
Delicious lobster roll with loads of large chunks of lobster and just the right amount of mayo or sauce to pull it together. Served with lemon and hot butter on the side. Fish and chips (curly fries) were good too.
This place feels like you’re eating local even though it’s located right in the middle of a tourist area. The prices were much cheaper than most places and the portions were a good sized. The shrimp roll was loaded with shrimp, just wish the bread wasn’t so hard to bite into and cold. I wish it was
If you are looking for value, it’s really a great place. We got two fresh large crabs, fried squid, and shrimp cocktail and juice. All for $74 + tips (versus other restaurants around $65 per crab). We assume the reason the review isn’t perfect for this restaurant is just because of the environment
The crab station is a tourist trap but since we’re in Fisherman’s Wharf, we are going to try the seafood and this place is probably cheaper than other places here. We got the lobster roll for $32. It came with plenty of lobster, the bread was cold and a little hard to bite into. But I found myself e
Fresh crab, outdoor seating, folks that work there seem to be having a blast. A SF experience.
Best service around! Super friendly and the chowder was to die for!
If I could tell tourists one thing about eating good in San Francisco it would be “go to the crab station and have a sandwich. No place on earth makes them like here….open market at fisherman’s wharf. My husband and I drive an hour pay the toll and parking just to have one of these famous crab sandw
A nice little place to get fresh fish in tourist central. There are a small number of tables to eat at. Prices aren’t too bad considering the location and the food was good, but not great.
When there is a line at a restaurant you just know they serve good food, this is my experience at the crab station. This small food establishment serve delicious clam chowder, I ordered the clam chowder on bread, I was so full that I had to wrap the bread to go. The serve other food that you also mu
This is the best place to grab a clam chowder bread bowl and fried shrimp, just be careful with all the seagulls around not to drop any bread or you will get swarmed. The prices are not bad at all, two of us had a nice lunch for under 25 dollars.
Good steamed crab, on the large side. Crab was $36. Served with lemon wedges and red sauce. Would have liked some clarified butter as well. But they had various kinds of vinegar. Breaded shrimp and twisty fries were tasty as well. Small area for seating inside with bar style seats. #localguides
