Pros: Met Chef Peter Fang & he ask that I trust him to recommend our appetizers and dinner & ohhh myyy he did not disappoint…. We ate such delicious foods Peking Pork Spare Ribs, Porkbuns, Shrimp Dumplings & more…. So tender the meat was falling from the bones & flavors galore!! Thanks Peter for a great experience, food, and celebration for my brothers birthday & our first visit.
Cons: I had to ask to be re-seated as I was initially placed near the bathroom after noting on my reservation & upon arrival that this was my first visit and my brothers birthday; this was a miss on the hostess part for seating.

We arrived to Fang without anything preconceived. The chef greeted us himself and convinced us on going chefs choice. No regrets. This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Core memory unlocked by the hands of Chef Fang.

Trendy Chinese fusion with a family owned vibe. What makes this place special is that Peter Fang will come to your table and order for you after asking for any dietary restrictions. It’s a personalized Chinese “omakase” tasting. The dishes are unique and well executed making for a memorable experience. It’s a great way to explore some new dish options. It might be a little disappointing if you know exactly what you’re looking for and it’s not included in the chefs choice.

Food is DELICIOUS. We were seated promptly and served our food quickly. Note to east coasters: some of the dishes are different from what you're familiar with. Not bad, just different and that's a good thing! We finished all our food like wild animals.

Omg, this place…
I made reservations 9 months ago. I saw them on Food Network. We arrived, we were seated promptly. The owner came to our table , asked us if we had decided on food, we said not yet. And he said I will take care of you. The food kept coming. We kept eating!!! Short ribs to die for, buns with chicken, fish and spinach , broccoli with shrimp and beef tips and then the fried rice. !!! We devoured it all. The lychee drink they have with Gin? Ohhhh … we were done and it seemed like we were in a dream or something. The best Chinese food I ever had!!!

The food in this place is fantastic. A total must go! The only negative, the food seems to come in a random order and not grouped by parties. But that's it. The taste is great.

If you have the opportunity to go, this is a must do! Mr. Fang served us family style and we got to try a little of everything it was so delicious! I loved the Mongolian Beef short ribs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!
