The chicken wings really are amazing. They were so crispy and juicy. I can't by myself for lunch and ordered the chicken wings and a bowl of soup. The bowl of soup was quite large and it was too much for one person. I wish they had an individual size.
One of the last things I wanted in San Francisco before leaving is good Chinese food. This place did not disappoint. We were seated right away and asked for our drink order, all the drinks were brought out quickly. We ordered 2 appetizers and those came out freshly made and really hot. As far as our
Ordered takeout here during vacation in San Francisco… We tried the General’s Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice. Food was great, service was friendly and prices were reasonable -what more could I ask for! Definitely worth stopping by if you are feeling hungry and in the Chinatown district.
Please do yourself a favor and come here and order these wings! I read all the reviews about these wings and decided to try them and we all loved them so much. They are perfectly crispy and savory and more importantly, super juicy and everything you want on a wing. I think for me, it was so good on
Stopped for lunch. Lunch specials very good but alot of rice. Added shrimp wonton noodle soup and it was way better than the lunches. Would eat it every day it was so good. Busy place so hard to get attention, but once served we were very happy. Menu is very easy to understand. Staff helpful. Hop
The wings and hype of authentic flavorful best Chinese cuisine is real. Loved it here and great portion sizes too. To me no Chinese cuisine probably outside China tastes better than Chinese cuisine from Chinatown in San Francisco (maybe there are others), but Capital is among the best!
This place is legiiiiiiiit! I think it’s safe to say that my husband and I are on a quest to try every single restaurant in Chinatown. We randomly chose this and so glad we did! Food was amazing. Freshly looked, well-seasoned, and great portions. We ordered the famous salt and pepper chicken, HK pa
All around EXCELLENT dining experience. I won't claim to be an expert in Cantonese food, but it seemed authentic. Tasted great with awesome service. The price was far below what I would have expected. I will come here again.
We have been researching restaurants for weeks prior to our arrival. I knew a meal at Chinatown was on our agenda..can't visit and not go there. So after doing a final search we came across Capital. It boasts about their Famous Fried Chicken Wings (flat portion only) which made my mouth water lol.
Wish I could’ve given them 6 stars. Their service and hospitality is very amazing. Their famous chicken wings are so yummy with their juicy, crunchy, and salty flavor along with jalapeños to add that spicy kick. Their facilities are the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Would strongly recommend if you’re look
This is my favorite restaurant in Chinatown. They have the best Chow Fun. Crispy chicken wings are delicious too. Kun Pao Chicken, Orange Chicken, Chicken and green beans, Broccoli beef, Sesame chicken, Fried Flounder, Fried rice, Chow mein, General's Chicken, Capital platter are amazing as well.
This place is my new favorite.. the salt and pepper wings were top tier and so were the salt and pepper pork chops.. very delicious 😋.. I most definitely will be visiting this place at least once a week from now on.. I highly recommend
Sometimes you crave garlic pea shoots and salted fish and chicken fried rice. These are definitely Cantonese’s comfort foods. They are known for their salt and pepper chicken wings which was decent but nothing to write about. The chow fun was good and had some substance to it. Seafood clay pot was n
Do you want to talk about authentic well this place is it! Some of the best Chinese food you’ll ever have anywhere I guarantee it. I had a Szechuan beef with white rice it was excellent. I had that wonton soup which is always fantastic and is a gigantic bowl and is a Meal in itself. You have to have
Delicious food and very hectic service. We got there on the end, but poor lady bringing dishes from the kitchen had no idea where she was supposed to take them. We had the orange chicken, Kung pao chicken and chicken chow mein with some egg rolls and steamed rice. The orange chicken was the best cho
Pretty good, just portions are on the smaller side and seafood dishes do not have a lot of seafood, a lot of it is filled with tofu pieces. Overall a nice place for a bit to eat and free hot tea.
Always call in. I have to say they got the best food in the entire Chinatown area but they're always jammed with people waiting time are long. Call in like 20 min before for your food and pick up or reservations, or you will wait a good hour outside in the cold
