The Cavalier - San Francisco - Photo album

This place is the most reliable, not trendy, classy and delicious spot for a great meal with friends at night or work stuff during the day. I’ve been many times over the years and can’t say enough about the delicious food, attentive five star service and the ambiance. Really impressed this time of y
Amazing value. Perfect atmosphere and good food. Good prices. I got the half chicken over potatoes and it was a lot of food. Staff was friendly and made no mistakes, very efficient. Perfect dinner no complaints PRICES: Starters 5-14$ Mains: 22-50$ Dessert: 13$
Just had dinner with a friend here. The decor for the holidays is so lovely! We had a wonderful server. But the highlight of the night was the fish and chips. BEST I’VE EVER HAD. Even better than the UK. Truly outstanding. I can’t stop thinking about it!
We were in San Francisco for the night and decided to dine here after reading the reviews. Our experience was wonderful. The ambience was great. Our server- Mr. Hugo T was very attentive and the professional. The food was simply exquisite. We will definitely come back to dine here and recommend it t
I love the Cavalier. The food is the main attraction here with a good selection of British inspired dishes. We especially love the devil eggs, brussel sprout chips, grilled salmon and the burgers. The restaurant is tucked away, which makes it feel even more intimate. If you're in this part of tow
I thought this would be over priced pub grub... So wrong! Service was attentive and knowledgeable and not overbearing. Drinks were delicious with small twists on familiar themes. Fish and chips were light and not greesy. Smoked deviled eggs were delicious. I wish they just came in bigger sets so I d
Service is impeccable and the atmosphere is lovely. I was disappointed in the food given the price, although the texture on the beef fat fries was lovely. We tried the pickled deviled eggs, the steak frites, and the pole beans. Their strength clearly lies in the drinks- we had the melon blanc and tr
We are so happy to have gone with The Cavalier to host our post-wedding private dining event and making the process as smooth as possible— we really appreciated their willingness to work with us on the menu customization to meet the needs of our family members! The food was incredibly delicious and
We came here for dinner with family and had a wonderful time. I love the decor! My husband and some of his family members are from London so they enjoyed the London inspired aspects. The service, food and atmosphere were good. Some family members claimed "their fries are the best!"
Romantic, intimate location with style. Amazing, customer oriented service. We walked in on Thursday evening, with a reservation and we’ve got seated right away. The waiter approached us immediately with water and ready to answer any qs we might have. Great collection of unique cocktails 🍸 well done
Sweet restaurant. Welcome is professional and fast. The food is very good. I recommend heirloom beet salad when you test the mix of creativity and flat bottom grilled scallops plus Angus's naked eye, when carrots meet mushrooms in a beautiful meeting.
One of my favorite spots. Excellent service, great aesthetic. The cocktails are very good, as is the food. The fried Brussels leaves (chips) and the lamb riblets are fab.
Thank you for the food. The fish and chips was great. The lemonade just nice. My friend said the lamb is super good and also the wine is fantastic. I also enjoy the music played. Don't forget to tips them guys!
Who the heck knew the Cavalier had a dope breakfast menu?! We found ourselves downtown early in the morning and the restaurant we thought was opened was actually closed so we were looking for a last minute place to eat and we noticed the Cavalier was opened so we went in. Prices are to be expected f
We had a great time at The Cavalier. The quail eggs were amazing. The fish and chips was incredible too and we asked to split it between the two of us and they divided it in two plates. So nice. The service was great too. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the tartare, it wasn't really
British-themed brasserie in downtown with a sophisticated and inviting ambiance - deep leather banquettes, polished brass, zinc, and white marble - all make this a great spot for a mid-week dinner or just grabbing drinks with friends. My go to items here are the Marlow burger and the brussel sprout
