Sakana - San Francisco - Photo album

Absolutely loved this place. Went back 3 times. Both meat and vegetable ramens were very tasty and full of flavours. As others have said, the waitress is very attentive and nice.
Sakana is a low risk high reward sushi find in San Francisco. Not many sushi restaurants are run by Japanese folks but this is one of them! It’s usually Chinese or Koreans so this was a pleasant surprise. The lady serving us was nice and attentive as well. Overall a good experience for us. We have
Lovely little place, open late to accommodate my dinner schedule which was after a show. Very friendly and super fast. Fresh sushi, I was pleased :)
Loved our dinner, service was kinda slow as it was a full house and only One waitress for all the tables, so keep that in mind. As I walked in I waited around five minutes to be seated I chose the bar always nice seeing the chef in action, the food was exceptional. Every fish was cut to perfection f
Nice little Japanese eatery. Excellent food, reasonable prices

Sakana constantly had a line out the front, such a small venue, I HAD too know why! We ordered the agadashi tofu, fried chicken and soft shell crab tempura. As well as edamame, miso and rice. Everything was infused with flavour, even the classic miso was like no other I had ever tried. The food wa
I was absolutely blown away. This is the best sushi I have ever had, and that is not a small list. I got sushi omakase and I am so glad I did. This was incredible. I cannot overstate how much I loved it. I saved this in my phone and it is the first place I will eat next time I am in town.
