Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant - San Francisco - Photo album

I was lookong for a quick snack along the pier. As I walked by I saw how this team was interacting with clients. So I stopped in for a glass of delicious wine and a salumi plate. Very friendly people. Good vibe. Good price. not from here, but i would definately stop in again!. Worth the stop.
We went to try the two flights of wine. Wide variety of bodies and flavor. Also got the Salumi & Cheese Combo. That was okay. Cheese very good.
The Ferry Building has so many cool spots, but this is my favorite because you can always walk in... hop onto the large bar, grab a glass, bottle, or flight of some high-end wine and just enjoy the people-watching. The staff is a stand out as they are all very knowledgeable about all the wines but
Staff was super friendly. A great place to come unwind after work. We had a platter with Brie cheese, some burrata with prosciutto, assorted salumi plate. There are places to sit at the bar or they have some tables as well.
The bar has a super nice trash can. The table is located inside the ferry terminal, along the central aisle. Good home. The amount of glass wine is impressive and the quality is very high. You can eat 1 plate of cold meat or cheese (1 local number!). They also serve beer. Frankly, the super lunch br
Couple of beers and an amazing selection of Cheese with a baguette. This place is a lovely stop after a busy day. Beers and wines from around the region and the world if required, the cheese was out of this world, in particular the goats cheese. The cheese we chose was the Special Cheese Combo wit
Cute wine tasting spot in the historic San Francisco Ferry Building! They offer various tasting flights as well as wines by the glass, carafe and bottle. Good selection and nice atmosphere, worth a visit if you’re in the area!
A wine bar that combines some of the best eats at the Ferry Plaza... I don't think I could ask for more than Cowgirl Creamery's Mt. Tam, cured meat from Boccalone and Prather Ranch; satisfyingly complete with a glass of wine ... or two. This adorable little liquor shop includes a bar and just a few
I am not a wine drinker and so can't speak to the quality of the wines other than I enjoyed my glass. They have a wide selection of not only wines but beers too. The staff were attentive and were more than happy to suggest a wine for me. We sat and enjoyed some of the charcuterie while chatting awa
The Wine Merchant is located in the main passage of the Ferry building. We had a large platter of prosciutto and burrata cheese with tasty hard torpedo-type rolls and a carafe of the 2020 Castell Silvaner wine from the German area of Franconia. The waitress was great and gave us each a glass of Ital
Missed the ferry two days in a row…so wine it was to kill time. The ladies working are super awesome, the Pinot was great, charcuterie delicious. Best part I left my ferry pass on the bar and she chased me down the ferry building to give it to me. One of the long standing businesses at the ferry bui
Ok selections and staffs are knowledgeable! Inside market place and ferries building! Recommend
Awesome variety of food and gifts! Great view of the East Bay! Definitely a must visit whenever we make it to SF!
Came to the wine bar before dinner on a Friday at around 540pm. Place was full and needed to wait around 5 mins for a seat - place has high turnover of seats so not too long a wait.Great selection of wines and the bar tenders gave good recommendations. We had the burrata and it was absolutely delici
Fabulous! Great wine selection (try the Spanish rosé, it’s wonderful). Great appetizers. Attentive service. Super fresh bread. Top!
Great place for wine and beer. Came here for the Red Stitch wine tasting and got to meet former San Francisco Giants great, Rich Aurilia. Super nice guy and is very knowledgeable and passionate about 🍷 making.
I don't drink wine but this was a convenient and welcoming place to meet friends. They do offer some soft drinks for folks who don't drink alcohol though.
Really nice Cali Oxbow cheese plate and you can drink Pliny the Elder and Blind Pig from Russian River Brewery.
