I recently dined at Epic Restaurant and was captivated by the inviting decor and attentive service. Although the overall experience was elevated by a good drink, the food, while satisfactory, fell short of matching the excellence of the ambiance and service.

EPIC is phenomenal. They have one of the best views of the Bay Bridge, the atmosphere is cozy yet modern, high-end yet welcoming. And best of all, amazing food. EPIC should be your go-to for a date night or business meals.
All the dishes were prepared with fresh ingredients and the tartare and shrimp cocktail made it absolutely clear. The ingredients weren't overpowered by overly abundant sauce or spices and were allowed to stand on their own.
I had the NY Strip and it was cooked with perfection, flavorful with the miso butter elevating it to a whole new level. Highly recommend the Julia Childs potato side which is soaked in gruyere cheese - one of the tastiest potatoes ever.
EPIC is definitely a jewel in the highly crowded on-the-pier restaurants.

We didn’t have a reservation, we were warmly welcomed and treated to super friendly service. As a vegetarian, I savored their wedge salad and exotic roasted mushrooms, while my husband and daughter said the lamb was delicious. Adding to the charm, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Bay Bridge. A truly delightful dining experience for the whole family!

Absolutely incredible meal! Did the “everything” combo. Salads were delish, steak was tender and flavorful. That truffle Mac N Cheese was to die for! Amazing views and atmosphere!! Highly recommend!!! It is pricey but for a quality steakhouse, you are looking to spend some real money. At least it was worth the price!

We walked in early evening for a snack, we did not have a reservation. The staff was very accommodating and got us a table.
Despite being a steak restaurant, they have plenty of vegetarian sides. We ordered fries, bread and mac and cheese and tomato soup. Everything tasted really good!
The highlight was the beautiful view of the Bay Bridge from the restaurant!

I have been DYING to try out this place for ever! We made a reservation here for our anniversary, we were greeted and seated right away with many of the hosts congratulating us on our happy anniversary. How sweet! (: We were seated at a lovely table next to the window with a large perfect view of the Bay Bridge. Shortly after we were greeted by our very helpful and kind server named Adam.

Came here for the first time to celebrate my birthday and I was not disappointed. Excellent service from the door to the table, beautiful views of the bay bridge in their outdoor area, beautifully prepared filet mignon and lobster tail, and an extensive collection of various alcoholic beverages to choose from.
If you're looking for a beautiful restaurant for a special dinner by the water in SF, this is a good place to go.

We had dinner here last night and had a table outside. The weather was really nice, so it was great having a table outdoors with views of the water and the Bay Bridge. I was pleased with my filet and really enjoyed the sauces. The sides we ordered were great too. Our server was attentive and friendly. The service overall was on point with all the staff clearing items, timing, etc. It was a great experience. I started with a Manhattan cocktail, which was delightful. For constructive feedback, block ice (boulder) for old fashioned cocktails would be great. My husband really wanted one, but opted not to order one after learning that block/sphere ice wasn't an option. I don't blame him. Also, we would've enjoyed the option of anchovies added to our Caesar salad. All other aspects of the salads were great.
