The staff are lazy and unhelpful. The manager is an obnoxious ball of grease. Meeting him, it makes sense why his staff are so disillusioned. He is incapable of dealing with the public and should not be in a managerial role. I have never felt the need to leave a one star review before, but this was the worst experience I have ever had in any shop, anywhere.

I've been buying smokes from this store for about a year, today went in and asked for 3 packs as usual and the new clerk Marco didn't deduct the three pack special price, which is $2.70 off the total, I had already handed him the money and he gave me back a dollar something change instead of almost $5. When I told him about it he replied thats it's too late (remember HE forgot to give me the discount) and that he couldn't return tobacco products. I pointed out I haven't even touched the product yet and he just ignored me, I asked for the manager and he says he wasn't here so I asked for the phone number and called him. Manager was pissed and said he'd call him right away and he did, dumb ass clerk didn't answer the phone. Manager called back and I pointed out it was his manager so he answered the phone, sounded like a good ass chewing he was getting but he only ended up giving me $3 back, not the $4.70 I should have got. Man where do they get these dumb ass clerks from? Been there many times with no problem till now, all I buy is smokes, but to have to deal with nasty behavior from a new clerk, lying to my face on top of it, I ain't going back, except to see the manager and demand the rest of my money.
