Very friendly and helpful staff, and if the pizza could speak for itself, I wouldn't eat it because that's creepy. Very good pizza though and the cookies were nice and soft. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you're in the mood for pizza.

We’ve dined at the restaurant and had take-out pizza several times since moving into the 4S Ranch community. We LOVE the pizza, garlic knots and salads at Flippin’ Pizza! The staff at this location are friendly and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. We recommend signing up for text messages to find out about special deals and promotions. Tonight we enjoyed $10 off a $30+ purchase - what a deal! Highly recommend trying the Buffalo Chicken pizza - it’s delicious!!
