Staff is super pleasant. Fried mushrooms were excellent! Pomadoro sauce is good. Pizzas looked great, they were to go. I would go here again for a tasty Italian meal. Parking is tight. They have a few spots in the lot. Street parking is also available. The dessert are not overly sweet. Which I like

I have gone past by this place many times and thought a Italian restaurant on convoy wouldn’t be interesting. But it turns out to be amazing ( and nice to your wallet)! I had veal picata, which has much more dimensions of flavor (due to a variety of seasonings they add) than any Italian food I had.

El Gordo's is a new restaurante in Kearny Mesa on Convoy. The variety and flavor, "Esta muy deliciosus"! They're open from 5am to 10pm 7 day's per week. They've a drive through and outdoor dining. Lastly, I recommend that when you're here, come with an appetite. Bon appetite!
