Panchita’s served the best plate 😍 Can anyone identify what taco I had? I loved everything… even the refried beans🫣😍

When it comes to quick, convenient, and downright delicious Mexican food, Panchitas is my all-time favorite. I've been a loyal fan for nearly five years, and my go-to orders are their breakfast burritos. The drive-thru service is a cherry on top, making those busy mornings a whole lot easier. Now, let's talk burritos. The Chorizo Papa burrito is my soulmate. It's the perfect blend of chorizo, potatoes, and eggs all wrapped up snugly in a tortilla. And when I'm feeling extra hungry, I dive into the Barbacoa burrito with eggs and potatoes - a real breakfast powerhouse. But don't get me wrong; it's not just about breakfast. Panchitas nails the Carne Asada burritos and their Carne Asada fries are the stuff of dreams. They use steak wedges that are high-quality and mouthwateringly good. The star of these two items is definitely the juicy, tasty, high-quality steak. I've ventured into their taco territory too, which is decent, but it's those breakfast burritos that have my heart. For a satisfying and super-speedy Mexican fix, Panchitas is my top pick. Breakfast burritos and the drive-thru service - you won't regret it!

What a gem!!! I love this place. The atmosphere felt like a true San Diego spot. Bob Marley played in the morning as I ordered my breakfast burrito and I felt right at home. I got the soy-riszo, egg, and potato breakfast burrito. I substituted the egg with beans and our sour cream and that was fire! I even asked for them to cut it in half so I could savor it for later and they graciously did. Please go show this place some. One of San Diego best kept secrets...by far. Thank you Panchita's!!!

I am not a fan of "Mexican food" made in the US. There is nothing like Mexico. However, this restaurant makes great mex style food

Hot sauce really makes the nachos next level. Get there earlier to get more empanada varieties

I have been coming here for 6 maybe 7 years now. Free parking can sometimes be difficult to find. But it is North Park. They have reopened their indoor dining room and they serve you in plates instead of to-go boxes. Always playing good music. Their chilaquiles have always been my favorite. Delicious homemade Horchata pairs any meal. Their pan is good too. Here are pics of my most recent visit yesterday. I owed you guys a review. 🙂

I ordered 1 vegetable empanada and a hot chocolate. Both were delicious. Next time I'll order 2 vegetable empanadas because that's how good they were. It was the perfect size and filled with veggies which were wrapped around in a fluffy puff pastry. Golden! Sorry no photos I was hungry and it smelled to good to stop to take a picture. Next time.

I have walked and driven past this place more times than I can tell you. Today it’s mid afternoon and I have yet to have some thing for lunch so I decided to stop and give them a try. It was close to closing time so they were starting to put stools and seating things away yet I was able to order and get my food in a timely manner. I was so hungry I inhaled everything and then realized I did not take a picture of my food… Oops! I ordered the Kearny Asada tacos which come as a twosome. They were small yet filled with the Kearny Asada meat the guacamole and the pico de gallo. It was the perfect size for me and I finished both of them very fast. And of course I could not resist sweets so I had to try one of their Empanada day Crema. That too was absolutely yummy. I will definitely be coming back!

Tacos are pretty good. Small but flavorful. Had better. Had worse but I don’t rate places on if everything hits the mark on my tastes since we all have different tastes. I rate restaurants on what they can control. Sauces are good. Outdoor patio is nice.
