Shere Punjab - San Diego - Photo album

Quick lunch options from the hot plates. Many vegetarian options. For dinner, a la cart menu has much more choices. Dine in or take out. Tasty food at a very good price. My go-to Indian restaurant when I am in the area.
This is a very good Indian restaurant with authentic Punjabi and Indian cuisine... The place is also moderately priced which makes it a good place for quick lunch buffet with multiple options... The food quality is very good and delicious. The place is not a place for fine dining though as it is mos
This place is AMAZING. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff is always very friendly, and the prices are great especially for the portions you get. I come here for lunch all the time and I've recommended it to several coworkers. They always thank me for recommending such a great place. I woul
3 star: The food is great, but we went in at 2:30, half hour before they close for their break. And by 2:55, they were practically telling us we had to leave and they turned off all of the lights on us, even though we hadn't finished our meal which took 15 minutes to come out. Ridiculously rude!! E
The service is super good and the food is super fast! The food is mildly spicy and good. The place is very clean but the restrooms could use some attention. Overall, it’s a small place, but there’s definitely enough seating and high chairs for folks. We tried all the choir options.
This review is for the brand new Rancho Bernardo location. Absolutely delicious! I went to the lunch buffet and it is sort of a soft opening right now because it is not officially open yet and the old name with the old owner sign is still up, but these are new owners and they are the same as the ori
The $10 AYCE deal is great! The restaurant isn't the fanciest, but the food is fairly simple, tastes authentic, and will definitely fill you up. The karahi paneer was my favorite of all the options on the buffet--the sauce was rich and perfectly spiced.
This unassuming place is home to some of the best Indian food I've had anywhere in San Diego county. Very inexpensive with fantastic flavor. If you're in the area (and even if it's a bit out of the way) you need to go here!
The chicken tikka Marsala was the best I’ve had in San Diego. My wife had the biryani, and she loved the spicy flavors. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.
I came for lunch and thought I had seen a lentil soup on the menu online but couldn't find one on the menu in store. They made me one with lentils and veggies right there on the spot and it was delicious! Thank you! Will definitely return!
It's very far from where I live but if you're stopping by in the area, it's a great place for a sit down dinner. I would say it's better than Punjabi tandoor but maybe that's a low standard for some people. Great service, they don't have many staff but they make sure you're taken care of.
Quality food particularly for the price. Very reasonable and decent buffet. Most quality indian places charge for each extra thing. When you get Naan included and decent samosas and a very respectable variety of curries and biryani it is rare. I am accustom to very authentic indian food, this is a b
Their food is just awesome! Good mix of veggie and meat options, deep flavors, fair prices. The mango lassi is like vacation-in-a-cup. Yum-jab!
Good food, very similar to homemade Indian cuisine! This place offers taste like traditional north Indian cuisine. The hosts are very courteous and nice too. I usually go to this place for dinner 3-4 times a week.
I really like this place, as their food is very good! For lunch they always have chicken tiki Marsala and that is very good. The food changes each day (shifting what they serve ) so if you enjoy eating something on a Friday the same food might not be there any other day but Friday.
