When in San Diego, you are just spoilt for choices in Thai.
We went to Bangkok thai for team lunch, wait time was around 15 minutes, and the food was excellent. Green curry, red curry, lunch combos, thai tea with bobba, all to almost perfection.
Portions were good, and was flavorful. Do visit for a good dining experience.
Note- service is not as fast as I would like it to be.
Yummy. I happened upon this restaurant about 2 weeks after it opened. The food was excellent and when I went back 2 weeks later the place was slammed. The word must have gotten out from people that ate there the first few weeks. I've had almost everyting on the menu for lunch. The Pad Thai is my favorite with the sweet and sour a close second. Their curries are good and their service is always zippy and courteous. Eating area is open so it can get a little loud, but I go here often for lunch and have introduced many people to their food. One of my favorites in Kearny Mesa. Two thumbs up

By far my favorite Thai food in San Diego. I have tried many others and have not found any that can even compare. Great value, food, atmosphere! Don't go anywhere else!
Without a doubt the BEST Thai food in the area. I am there every Friday for lunch. But make sure you get there by 11am, because the place fills quickly. The lunch specials provide a hefty amount of food for a great price. The staff is always friendly and eager to please. My go-to favorite. They have a sister location in Carlsbad as well.
Decent food here. I'm glad they have brown rice, even if it is drier than I like. At least it's not weighed down in butter (nasty!) like so many other Thai restaurants. The prices are average for Thai and the quality of the ingredients is high. I wish the salad was a step above iceberg lettuce, but overall the food is decent.

Panang Curry w/ Scallops ... overall very good. I've had better scallops but for the price it was good value and quality. Wifi available. Clean restrooms. It wasn't busy while I was there so seating options were plentiful.
I love this place on of the few places that can make their food consistently great. I pass threw here when ever I am in town and the food never disappoints. Try the Yellow Chicken Curry. It is my favorite.
Food is very good, service is good. I go there for lunch every once in a while with work associates and we never had a bad experience.
It's a bit pricey but worth it....
We went to Bangkok west on a monday at 5pm. It was empty. Ate the frsh spring rolls and Tom Ka gai soup for an appetiser. They were AMAZING and food came out SUPER fast. Then we were so full we took a Yellow Curry home. It was GREAT!! The staff was very nice, restrooms were clean. This is now top 2 for Thai in San Diego for me!!!
This is my favorite Thai curry in all of San Diego. The staff is always so nice and prices are decent enough. I can't recommend the yellow curry more.
This is a place with great Thai food. Good service and knowledgeable staff. Love the soups and the spicy noodle.
This a quiet and quaint place that is amazing for any date. The food is exceptional, the prices and ambiance can't be beat.
