Jersey Mike's Subs

The staff here is truly the best. They are so warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient. I work across the street and eat lunch here multiple times a week. It is rare to find an entire staff that works so well together and treats customers so kindly. The sandwiches are obviously great too but I wanted to give a shout out to the awesome staff. Keep up the stellar work! I'll probably see you tomorrow ;)

I recently visited La Jolla location to place a catering order for our school teacher's lunch. Javier and the young lady working with him were very professional, helpful, friendly and very patient. The next day, Alberto was so helpful, kind and polite. He helped me get everything for the order together. He walked me to the car to help carry the heavy order. I will definitely go back soon. Great costumer service.

Alberto and his team are amazing! I accidently sent my Aunt's 80th birthday gift to their restaurant instead of her address. Being from Philly we love hoagies and I wrote their address down on the same piece of paper as her address when I was out there a few weeks ago and picked up sandwiches for us. When I ordered her gifts, I mixed up the addresses! I ended up calling Alberto, explaining everything and asked if I ordered a hoagie if they would deliver the Amazon package too. It all worked out and now we have a funny memory for years to come!

We have been ordering Jersey Mike's in La Jolla for our employees every Friday for the last 2 months. We order around lunchtime, which is a really busy time for them. When I pick up our order, I always see this group of people working their rear ends off at this store. And they are always courteous no matter how busy. I'm just really impressed and wanted to give them all a shout-out! 😀 What can I say about the food? Always so good.
