Palominos Mexican & Sea Food - San Diego - Photo album

In a world of strip malls full of Asian food options, Palaminos might be your only Mexican food option for at least a block in any direction. I had the Del Mar burrito. Good size with fried fish, shrimp, and rice all making a delicious bite. My wife got a fish taco. The portion of the fried fish was
The chilaquiles were super good and the surf and turf burrito was just ok (it is probably good for others I just didn’t like the carne/shrimp mix). Ofelia was very kind and friendly! The cucumber water is a nice touch. No wait, good food, and fast service— we will definitely be back!
Large portions - great bang for your buck! The quesadilla tasted good. The guy working at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Only comment was the beans and guac were a little cold, but it’s somewhat understandable since I went mid afternoon and the food was probably leftover from lunch hours
The Caldos all looked good, so went with Aboldigas. Very hot (temperature not spicy level) so was able to take my time enjoying my bowl.
We ordered 33,38 they were amazing, fresh and staff are friendly and polite
Everything was good. Ours soup was delicious with missing items due to shortage but no big deal.
Every single thing I've ordered from here has been outstanding. The menudo is incredible, the breakfast burritos are amazing and they have the only california burrito I've ever had that still tastes great the next day. I can't explain how great this place is.
This place is legit. Tiny spot, tucked away, a real hidden gem. The food is made super fresh with excellent technique, and good portions. they know what they're doing. The flavor is all there, great salsas, they will happily accommodate for vegans and vegetarians, and best of all, excellent, kin
Me and my mom went here and the Lady working that day was so nice and helpful it was quiet inside and there was hardly any customers inside at the time it was nice. The food was good too. We both had rolled tacos 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮 and a drink. 🥤
Could of gotten *****,but don't accept EBT(food stamps). Couldn't afford CA$H at that time. Lots of different produce & meats/protein. Well spaced out. Convenient to after dinning shopping, very fresh stuff as well as prepacked items. More than just food, and many prepared items. Great personnel, bu
This is one of the best hidden gems in San Diego for Mexican food. They don't have a single thing that stands out. Every plate I've had here has been excellent. The staff is very friendly, and it's easy to call in orders. I highly recommend you visit them if you want Mexican food. Since everything i
Absolutely authentic Mexican dishes dishes out very quickly and delicious. Hats off for the chef and his supporting staff for producing such excellent dishes at no time. A crown Gem at a posh strip mall surrounded by high end restaurants.
Good little spot. Tasty food. Good service and pretty normal prices. We got some asada burritos and they were big portions. Our kids couldn't finish them. Happy to find this spot. Will stop by again when we are back in town.
