Big Bang Sushi

Almost by chance, on a walk, my wife and I found a delicious place in our neighborhood. Just off freeway 15 is SushiKami, a Japanese food restaurant with excellent service. This time it was a lunch where we were able to try two of the dishes recommended by the house in their specials. A satisfactory experience, good flavor and quality of fresh products, our waitress was very kind and helped us at all times and took care of us very well. The restaurant in general has a very good sushi bar with a fairly balanced menu. An interesting beer and wine bar. The service was quite fast, and the quality of the food standard and fresh. Accessible parking but with a little traffic due to its proximity to the highway exit. My recommendation is if you are going to go Friday Saturday and Sunday dinner time is to make a reservation to avoid waiting due to the capacity of the place. Good for celebrating family birthdays.

This sushi restaurant was recommended by my brother and it was all he described. Best Mango roll ever. He was right, ended up ordering a second Touch of Mango roll. Pro tip: ask for a side of lemon to squeeze on the roll. Apparently, one of the days my brother got this roll, he got limes instead of lemon and swears its way better. I may have to take a lime to try because I am definitely coming back for more. The restaurant was clean and the hostess was very nice and very quick to pick up plates that I was done with. This is definitely must for sushi lovers!

You guys! This place is so good, the reason that I didn’t take a picture of my food before it was devoured is because it’s so good that I couldn’t wait. I order it through chow now and I get it to go all the time but it’s best if you come into the restaurant. I’ve tried all of the sushi within 15 miles and this is definitely the best. The waiters are super helpful and the drinks are good.
