Lima Restaurant - San Diego - Photo album

Lima Restaurant has only been open one week but it’s already on my favorites list. The ceviche wasn’t good, it was extraordinary. The seafood is fresh, tender and exquisitely flavorful. I had the pisco sour happy hour special that came with wings. Also yummy. The owners were graciously greeting all
I was excited to find a Peruvian restaurant on my way to a baseball game and it was worth the stop. My arroz con mariscos was really good, but my passion fruit sour could’ve been better. The restaurant was empty and even then we didn’t have much attention from the waiter. Overall the food tasted gre
What an amazing opportunity to visit Lima during their soft opening. If you are looking for a taste of Lima, Peru, this is the place for you! The food was fantastic! If you’re feeling brave, try the ceviche de pescado. A traditional Peruvian dish that is sure to please. And don’t forget to get an In
Eve made me believe that there are still wonderful waitresses in the world!!! Omg!!! This woman was phenomenal and delivered excellent customer service! I will call ahead to see if she’s working so she can serve me again! I had the combo fried rice Peruvian style which was amazing. I also had the Pi
We went there for the B-Day of the cutest senior this world has known. Turning 94, we chose Lima in San Diego. Mostly because we love Peruvian food, and also because it was relatively new, and the reviews were overall very encouraging. Must be said that usually Peruvian places tend to disappoint, wi
When this place goes full force in April it will be hard to beat. If you have ever been to Peru then you have to come try this place. It brought back some memories. I had the Lomo Saltado (marinated strips of sirloin) and it was great! The owners work there and they take great pride to greet you
Anticuchos and lomo Saltado we’re both very fresh and delicious. Service was on point. Restaurant ran out of seco de carne due to The Peruvian independence celebrations at Balboa Park.
If you are looking for something different and tasty in the Gaslamp this is it. Service is fast and friendly with portions are the perfect size.
Delicious food with amazing presentation. Stopped here for lunch and had the ceviche entree which looked as good as it tasted. My plate was beautiful. Randomly walked in while looking for dinner. It was a good find. The food was delicious and the service top notch.
We were looking for a place to drink a few drinks and came across their 2 for 1 promotion on Saturdays. We sat at the bar and drank some very tasty margaritas. Price was perfect and the bartender was a great host. We will definitely return and try the Peruvian chicken.
This place does Peruvian really well! All of the food is beyond dank and the sauces that come with everything are straight fire. The Pisco Sour is really good too, definitely gotta try it. The cherry on top is the staff is really friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
Amazing Peruvian food! We will definitely be back! The owners are so friendly and put so much love into this restaurant. The quality and taste of the food is a mirror reflection of the passion they have for their cuisine. I highly recommend.
I was excited to see a new Peruvian restaurant open in San Diego and I was not disappointed. They are still in a soft opening period so not everything on the menu was available (Rotisserie chicken) but they still had a good selection of classic Peruvian dishes. Service was quick and the waitress was
We stopped in for some Pisco Sours and were pleasantly surprised with the service, as they were very attentive and willing to answer any questions we had. The owner, Javier, stopped by to chat with us about the menu. He was very passionate his culture's cuisine and about the authentic Peruvian food
Went to the restaurant and have to say the ceviche tastes great! The owners are very welcoming and the pisco sour washes down the food great. The owners mentions the restaurant is on a soft opening and will be doing a grand opening in april, but they already sold me on the food. When your in downtow
This is literally the best Peruvian food I have ever eaten. The Ceviche is so fresh, even better than any Ceviche I ate in Peru. The cheesecake is to die for! The service was excellent the place is impeccable and the owner herself ensures your experience is great. Highly recommend!
