Love this place! Breakfast burritos are out of this world and the dinner plates are amazing. Best Carne Asada. Hot sauce is a must but can be spicy.
Classic 'bertos style 24 hour joint. Lived 30 seconds away from it for 2 1/2 years and therefore basically lived on it. My favorite menu item is the California Burrito, but I never had a bad meal there. Ask for extra hot sauce (the red one) because it's worth it.
This place is so good. It is small but the California burrito (has meat, cheese, and fries in it) and the Carne asada fries are amazing!! The employees were super friendly and the service was fast.
Robertos taco shop has been a San Diego favorite for a long time. I thoroughly enjoy a classic carne asada burrito, thank you Dad for sharing this treasure with me.

Roberto’s is an absolute San Diego institution, with locations all over the city. This is a good location at the southern edge of Clairemont where it merges into Bay Park. They make consistently good burritos and tacos, though I have to say that their California is a bit dry, having only carne asada, cheese, and fries. It would be nice if it came with pico de gallo and sour cream or guacamole. The red salsa is great! I recommend the carne asada tacos, chicken quesadilla, cheese enchiladas, and carne asada fries.

absolutely legendary fast casual Mexican food. 1 taco is like 2-3 regular tacos. 1 burrito is FILLED w meat. gotta love spots like this. 10$ carne asada burrito is the ultimate bang for your buck and if you're tryna get gainz at the gym this is a no brainer
I didnt expect this BIG TACO!! I paid $8 for 2 fish taco combo and this big??? I bet u would love their reasonable price taco. Love to go there again🌮🌮
The tacos seem pricey but they come with an absurd amount of meat.and guac
I took the family here after looking at reviews. The prices were a bit high but since I’m from out of town it might just be San Diego prices? The rolled tacos were good and the carne asada fries were a lot for $10. I split it with 6 people and we barely finished them. My dads carne asada burrito was very salty and he had to add a lot of salsa to eat it. The salsa was very good, everyone liked the green and red salsa. The rolled tacos would have been better with shredded lettuce on top. Overall, it’s a decent filling meal for the price as others have said.
Love the veggie Burrito offering has no dairy, and a side of Chiles asado and fries are a nice compliment. The bean& cheese Burrito, and chicken taco are favorites of the kiddos.

I came for a California Burrito, Quesadilla and a bunch of Tacos. Tacos are a bit steep but, pretty HUGE. That's justthe way tacos are in this county. Huge and Tasty. What REALLY shines and what this place is known for are the California Burritos.
This place is very Clean throughout, OPEN LATE, Plenty of Parking, Food Comes Out Very Fast & It's Delicious.
Customer Service is Above Par.
I'm definitely coming back for more.
I'm actually friends with the Owners Family and did not let their anyone know I was coming to eat here, lol. My first time having Legendary San Diego's ROBERTO'S.
