Pho Noodle Bar

Overall good experience, servers were experienced and super well timed with appetizer to entree transition. Vibe was super chill and pho and flaminpenos were super good. Anyways besides being right by the freeway the ambiance brings you into a complete dinner setting. Menus well rounded so there's something for everyone.

Great food, at least everything we tried was beyond expectations. If pressed our minor nitpicks would be slightly overeager service, thick cut over spicy chili with the pho lacking the delicacy of the genuine deal, veg pho we ordered with beef stock came with veg stock regardless, and too much needless single use plastic. A solid spot, thumbs up.

The food is really good, everything cooked to order, as ordered (the restaurant allows for substitutions and modifications). The only thing that can be better is the service. I walked in and asked for the restroom, to wash my hands and prepare to it, and I was automatically and very rudely told that the restroom was for customers only which was very off putting BUT exclusive of the poor customer service, food was great, the place was clean and well kept. Some of the furniture was cheap but I see the effort. Not sure if I’d return for dine in.

Honestly, everything is good here but the sushi is the best I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in Japan. The sushi is that good because of the craftsmanship of the sushi maker, creating is like art. Ever flavor in the rolls work together perfectly. I recommend the Downtown Roll and the Showtime roll(add spicy crab). The first one is cooked if you don’t like raw rolls and the second one raw and delicious. We also had the Vegetable Phó and it was well prepared especially if you like Phó.

Backpacking around and I came in right when they opened. Got the combination stir fried vegetables and the portion was massive and scrumptious. I eat a body builder diet and it was exactly what I needed after a night of partying. Almost three cups of rice and a heap of meat and veggies. I brought my own drink in and the waiter was chill about it. Then when I got the check, it was a dollar cheaper than what the menu said. Absolutely fantastic.
