I was craving to have Indian food today and google helped me find this thru Yelp, ordered Chilli Naan & Saag Paneer combo, i had mentioned the Paneer to be spicy. Delivery was done on time and food was cooked as i wanted, Paneer was real yum along with Chilli Naan which were fantastic.. good job mates :)
The first time I tried Indian food was at this restaurant and I thought it was great. I now am in love with Indian food. Even though the food presentation wasn't the best and the decor wasn't that great either I still love this restaurant because the food was just THAT good! I love this place.
Excellent Kadai Paneer and Bhindi Masala
If you care about the taste of food, and customer service this place is one of the tops for Indian in San Diego. If you care about presentation and ambience, then this place is not for you. Many items on the menu that you can order a la carte or make into a combo which comes with flavourful basmati rice, raita, daal and naan. The combos are all less than $10! Pros: - Great selection - Great prices - Great service - Dine in (6 tables) or order ahead for take out. - Food is not to heavy on tgd stomach like other Indian places. - Sunday buffets (I saw signs, but didn't confirm) Cons: - Presentation of food can be greatly improved - Decor can be improved.
This is by far my favorite spot for Indian food!!! I live in Point Loma and make the trek to Mira Mesa just to eat here.
Came here for dinner with my wife on a Tuesday. It had a short line for ordering. We ordered their combo, which came with a choice for curry, naan, rice, and,I assume, dal. The staff was welcoming and polite. They brought out our tray and helped us get plastic forks and spoons. The food had good spice level, which we asked for medium. Although my wife said her spice wasn't there. I ordered the lamb curry, which the flavor was good. Good, but not the best I had. Same for my wife's butter chicken curry. The naan was not as thick, but was enough for the meal. The place is small and maintained. This was our first Indian restaurant for San Diego, so it would be unfair to compare with other Indian restaurants at this time and decide if it is a place we'd come back to.
Great for quick, cheap, delicious indian staples. Choose between items to make a combo plate or have something made a la carte off their menu.
I went for their lunch special and it was very good and they give you your moneys worth. The outdoor seating is very relaxing and their naan is excellent!
Came here with my boyfriend and was blown away with how authentic and delicious the food was. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Haven’t felt that level of warmth from any restaurant in quite some time. Do not waste your money elsewhere. Indian tandoor will definitely leave a lasting impression.
This place is so great! I am definitely addicted to the Chicken Korma! 😁It’s the best I’ve ever had! But, everything else I’ve tried has been delicious too.
And, they get the food ready so quickly! I love stopping in for some food to go after a long day. If you’re in the mood for some delicious Indian food you should definitely give Indian Tandoor a try!
One of the tasty and cheap Indian food you can have in San Diego. The server is friendly and I usually go with the veggie combo.
I don’t understand how anyone who knows good Indian food can give less than 5 stars. Not only did I get a small sample cup of rice and the two options I was looking at but for the first time that I can remember I was treated like more than a customer. The naan was the best I’ve had. The korma was amazing. Under $11 and you get naan, rice cucumber salad and two meat items. I wish I didn’t live in north county just for this absolutely proper Indian food. Thank you!
Delicious! My husband loves Indian food. We have ordered from Indian Tandoor twice now and love it! My son loves the Chicken Tikka Masala. I had the Saag Paneer, which was just perfect! My husband had the Bengan Bhartha (eggplant with tomatos and onions) and Daal Makhani (lentils) and loved both. The samosas and naan are the perfect accompaniment and you can customize the spice level for each dish.
I visited this place I felt services provided are good . Food , service and atmosphere is very good . I would like to visit next time to enjoy food dishes .
