Arguably one of the best Asian Buffet restaurants in SD. Been going here for many years and have never had an issue. Price is fair compared to other restaurants. They really need some live entertainment in the place, they have room for a stage. Karaoke?

Ok this is an update on my last two visits. I did walk-in and got food to go . Food was good . But I was disappointed in my fortune cookies first visit I went in there I got a fortune cookie with no fortune okay the second trip I came in there I got two fortune cookies with no fortune. I feel very fortunate that nothing bad happened but I still want to know what my Fortune is LOL

I like the people who work here. They are very polite and courteous. Some of the customers are rude and annoying, letting their children run around and yell, like it's a playground and even encourage this behavior. The restaurant is clean and cool. Very nice experience otherwise.

Lots of Asian and Japanese food choices! 4 kinds of soup. Different salads, fruits. stir fry and sushi. Lots to eat! Ice cream and other tasty dessert!!

Great Plaza Buffet offers a splendid array of food at reasonable prices. The service is outstanding, ensuring a delightful dining experience. Particularly, the baked salmon is divine, definitely my favorite. A gastronomic delight for all food enthusiasts. Highly recommended!

Went here for a dinner buffet on a weekday. Great place to bring hungry teens! Food was really good as there were plenty of selections. Silverware and plates were impeccably clean. A chocolate fountain was a fun option with dessert. The best thing was the server-he worked incredibly hard with clearing plates and filling our glasses. Recommend!

I didn’t expect much from this buffet. I was just excited to reunite with friends without stressing out what to order. It turned out better than okay - a wide selection of 3 cuisines: American, Chinese and Japanese. On top of the wide variety of choices, you can also request “cook to order” your favorite stir fry veggies with meat or fish. There’s a selection of fruits, salad and dessert including 6 flavors of ice cream. There’s a ton of sushi choices as well as pizza and french fries. I also ate 2 platefuls of salt & pepper shrimps so I definitely got the best value for my money. I would have given 5 stars if they had pork siomai or steamed pork bun.

Buffet 🍣 was 8/10. Would like if they had more selection of 🐟 besides salmon/tuna. Quality was decent. The cooked chinese food wasn't bad either. Fruit and dessert choices were okay, nothing really stood out. They have 🍫 ⛲ here
