Punjabi Tandoor - San Diego - Photo album

I always feel great after eating here! (You know sometimes after eating Indian food from some places, you feel kinda sick afterwards?). I've come here many times and never had a problem! i WILL say, it's "hit or miss" depending on when you come or who's the chef that shift. MOST of the time, the fo
The food! Absolutely the best Indian food I've had. We drive past 3 places to come here. Worth it. The service is a little cold, but that may be a cultural thing. But their butter chicken: to die for. There is a secret ingredient I have never been able to match with my home projects. The b
Super consistent on their good flavor. They have multiple locations. I used to go to the Carlsbad location when I lived in north county but have been visiting this one because its so close to my work.
Super delicious and great portions for the cost. I got the sag paneer and naan and absolutely loved it! I definitely will be back! The indoor seating is a little small but there is a super cute outdoor patio seating area.
Delicious curries & roti, lots of vegetarian options, served by friendly people in a clean, low key, inviting dining setting. Affordable prices.
I've been coming here for over a decade now. This mom n pop work so hard and they are the best! Treat them right keep the good restaurants alive!
Probably super busy lunch place - but we went for dinner and it was very quiet. Good thing, because we were not sure what we wanted to order. A person in line looked at me and laughed but then helped me to order something and the owner helped too. I would say the food was OK, I didn't love it like
Reminds me of back home. Great food, rustic ambience. Any visit to San Diego is incomplete without a stop here!!! Sat Sri Akal.
Punjabi Tandoor sponsored sufficient rice and dal for a Diwali event to raise funds for the education of underprivileged children. We thank them for their support for the event. 🪔
That was a treat! We were looking for something nearby, found this place. So glad we stopped in. Very tasty.
BEST! BEST! BEST!!!!!!! IN ALL of San Diego county.. lived in Vegas for 2 yrs, I would drive down just to get their food and drive back!!!! 15 yrs a customer and still going 💪🏾
4 stars only for interior ambiance. The outside ambiance was very nice and unique, but the interior was okay. I would suggest improving the interior. The food was authentic Punjabi and of good quality. I would suggest anyone try outdoor seating to make the best use of the visit. Inside is okay if ou
The lunch special is cheap and they had a good amount of seating both inside and outside. I liked the flavor of the butter chicken and the tikka masala chicken curries. The only bad part is that the chickens were a bit rough and dry. But, the garlic naan and the curry made up for that.
Fresh made Naan, wonderful chicken dishes, excellent basmati rice, channa masala. Best takeout Indian style food I have tried. I hate rating service based on our American ideals, but like someone once told me about "foreign food", don't go to the perfect 5 star restaurants, the service should be bel
Best Indian place in Miramar - authentically delicious, fresh, and affordable!! My husband and I are regulars to this restaurant weekly, every single dish is our favorite, you’ll never be disappointed coming here!!
Easily one of the best Indian-Style restaurants in town especially in the “quick eats” category. Flavors are incredible. . . In the many times I’ve visited the food has always been consistently nice. Nothing fancy, just nice people serving up nice food and a decent price. I could go on but I'll say
