I tried this place as a tourist years back and now that I finally live here I still return! I make sure to take all my visitors here when we go to Belmont Park. I went the other day and it seems they were more understaffed (1 lady running the joint) but our food still came out in under 10 minutes. You can also order ahead and go explore all the nearby shops while you wait! There is free parking a 3-5 minute walk away (or street parking if you are lucky enough). Extremely generous portions! I’ll usually get two smaller lunches out of mine. My friend moved down the road from this joint and she said it’s her new hangover spot😆 Doesn’t seem very well known but that is good for us locals! I will say…I sincerely hope they start serving a Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese!!!! BUT I will be back regardless and hope they stay in business thru these crazy times!

The owner is awesome and friendly, down to earth! The food is amazing I ate my fries before I took my pictures but you will just have to come down here and try it out =)

My rating is for the food.
I really like the concept of this location. Who doesn't love grilled cheese sandwiches. My group all ordered a different sandwich and they were all good. The fries were also good.
The ordering experience needs help. I'm hoping that my experience is an isolated incident. There was only 1 person running the place. Taking orders and making the food. To order we had to wait for him to finish his previous order (15min). Once we placed our order it was another 15-20 min wait.

The food was amazing! The guy that worked there was running the entire show and was STILL able to get my food to me in decent time. I ordered a chipotle chicken grilled cheese and it was perfect. It was fresh, the bread was crispy and hot, there were just the right amount of toppings on it and it tasted great! The fries had been sitting for a while and were not fresh, but since he was a one man show, it was understandable. They were the good kind that I know will be good if heated and fresh. I bought some lumpia also. I am a huge fan of lumpia. Although their lumpia and sauce were not my favorite, I was pleased that it was an option on the menu, reasonably priced and fried fresh. I will definitely visit again next time I am in the Mission Beach area!

We ordered the s'mores and the fancy P&B, was not disappointed. They both were fantastic. Sweet and delicious they were exactly what we were looking for. The chef was super nice and so was the cashier. It's a great location just off the beach so it would be easy to get a treat or some lunch/dinner and head to watch the waves. We got plenty of napkins and even a couple of forks in case we needed them.

They were really busy when we stopped in and they did a great job of keeping up. Great customer service. It was obvious that everyone was a tourist, but they took the time to ask us about our trip and made sure we were satisfied. The food was served relatively fast and it was better than expected. Good place. I’ll stop again if I’m in the area.

Great sandwich 🥪 😋. I chose to build my own. My daughter bragged about the food and it was worth coming from Tacoma Washington to try it. I highly recommend eating here.
