Terra American Bistro

Jeff Rossman and his team delivered an award winning experience for our daughter’s college graduation dinner party of 18. A small team of 2 Flash Gordon Servers, 1 bartender and 1 runner were able to keep our cocktails coming without ever an empty glass at the table. The Roasted Salmon were recommended to have it cooked medium, which means the fish were fresh enough to have it done to our liking. The salmon were so tender and tasty. The 12 hour wine braised short ribs just melted in your mouth with complexed flavors that opened up our appetite. We were surprised to see how clean everyone’s entree plate were consumed - considering we stopped for pizza and beers before showing up for dinner at Terra’s that late noon. Our guests were from San Jose, New Jersey, Minnesota, Texas and Hawaii. Everyone were pleased with their food, and the impeccable service. As we, from Hawaii, would say: “A Big Mahalo” to The Team at Terra’s American Bistro.

Yummy!! We went last night for the first time. They were extremely short staffed. Things came out slow, and not everything we wanted, was available. But it was fantastic!! The staff was so friendly and we were told the moment we walked in, ‘the kitchen is backed up and we have 1 server for the whole room’. We had the option to leave. We had time, we stayed and it was just so so yummy! We will definitely be back. We both remarked; if it was this good on a very very off night, we can’t wait to be back, on a good night!

First time experience was amazing! The fried cauliflower was scrumptious. My salad with fresh arugula, strawberries and gargonzola was heavenly. And my flat bread pictured was on point. I cannot forget our wonderful server, Colleen. She was super informative and knew her menu items well. My wife and I will definitely be going back...soon.

Awesome dinner! Nice place, limited parking but very fresh food and great variety! Had the flat iron steak and it was so good with the Yukon mashed (great and garlicky) that came with bonus sweet potatoes and other greens! The calamari presentation was cool, on a piece of flagstone with nice spicey flavour and the st Louis gooey was not too gooey, but so f#cking delicious, OMG, SWEET! You gotta try the st Louis gooey for desert! Nice bar too. Can't wait to go back!
