I've been to RB Sushi four times now, and each time was fantastic.
Located in Rancho Bernardo right by the 15, RB Sushi has a great assortment of sushi to choose from. I love all of the creative specialty rolls alongside the classic rolls and nigiri sushi. They also offer rice dish options as well
RB Sushi was our go-to sushi place and we don't mind driving down for half an hour when I lived in SoCal. We enjoyed so many lunches and dinners with friends and family on their AYCE menu for years.

RB Sushi has always had a great reputation. I have not been in 5 years because I live in the downtown area of SD. It's still amazing and delicious! Will definitely be making the drive back for the quality.
Great little sushi place, usually very busy, but we came fairly early in the evening and were sitted right away.
We ordered sashimi, which was excellent, very buttery taste!
The shrimp soup was huge, so we had to take half of it home. It can feed two people for sure!

Quite nice. Very friendly and caring service - a real pleasure (thanks!). Tasty sushi on an all-you-can-eat deal for $24 with tax. The deal allows you to choose from pretty much anything on the entire menu, including appetizers and tempura - so lots of freedom to experiment and satisfy different
They were extremely busy on a late Friday afternoon and busier still when I left. Service was still excellent (at sushi bar) and the rolls were great. I will say that the rolls were not super tight but were nonetheless enjoyable. All the fish was fresh, in great condition (not pieces, healthy slabs)
