I love love love this place. Best food and great service !!! Lasagna is perfection and spaghetti is amazing. The sauce is delicious!! Also get a cup of Spumoni you won't be disappointed !! We'll be back next week���

We are first time diners at Mama Cella’s and we will be back! Our dinner was wonderful. I had chicken piccata and my husband had shrimp scampi both were excellent!! Our server was very good and the atmosphere was clean and quaint. Can’t wait to go back.
I stopped here in hope that they served good Italian food. I ordered the Chicken fettuccine Alfredo and I was glad, it had a lot of flavor and a abundant amount of grilled chicken. The waiter stated their specialty was the lasagna. A customer sitting across from me ordered the lasagna and it was a large serving. I’m a big Chicken fettuccine Alfredo fan and it was delicious.
Mama Cellas was voted one of the best Italian restaurants a few years ago. It is a small place in Rancho Bernardo and is family run. The food is quite good, work good service. Even their lunch options are quite large portions do you won't go hungry. Good place to go for lunch when you have the time and are in mood for good Italian fare.
Great Italian fodd. Anyone looking for a great meal at a great should visit Mama Cellas. I personally recommend the Eggplant Parm. You and the wife can enjoy a home cooked Italian meal and a bottle of wine for under 75.00. Rancho Bernardo's Hidden Gem!

Great place. From a first date to a family outing Mama Cellas is fantastic. If you love a family Italian bistro with fresh food and great flavors this is the joint. Red checkered table cloths, candles on all the tables it's got great ambiance. THe waitstaff just adds to the warmth. I highly suggest the meatballs and the minestrone soup. My husband had the eggplant parmagian and LOVED it. My sister had a huge fresh salad with blackned chicken. We had a nice mondavi wine and finished with tiramisu. Great little joint!

Mama Cella's is reminiscent of the classic and homestyle restaurants one might find on vacation in Italy. The atmosphere inside has a cozy and old-world charm. But what's most impressive is the food, which speaks for itself. It's very delicious and addictive, to say the least. I highly recommend it and will come back again one day!

It was a very nice quaint small Italian restaurant that serves excellent food. I had their fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and it was the best Alfredo I have ever had. Our waitress was most excellent and was a pleasure.
We had a GREAT waitress at 12:30 lunch Monday 3/6! Next time, I'll get her name... (we'll be back!) But she handled 8 or 12 tables with ease and charm! Very attentive, with frequent drink refills, and made us feel special! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Three of us drove more than 20 miles EACH, and we've been meeting here for almost 30 years! NEVER had a complaint! GOOD FOOD at good prices! Keep up the good work, and we'll see you again soon! Tiny place, so just fugget about it, and save it for me and my Consiglieres!!!
Great place to eat and have a date night with someone special. Great family owned, and the service was spot on. Amanda gave us service to remember. She was made us feel like family while we dined. I highly recommend this cozy restaurant for dine in
This place is for takeout only, which is fine because that’s what we wanted to do. We ordered gluten-free supreme pizza. It was excellent! Could not tell. It was gluten-free at all. The people were friendly and the service was fast.
Typical neighborhood Italian right down to the red checkered table clothes. I had Minestrone soup with great flavor. Followed that up with Spaghetti with meat sauce and sausage and it tasted nice and home made. From the conversation, the crowd are regular locals. I plan to come again.

Saw this place suggested by a neighbor. Decided to get it on a whim. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, it's next to a 7-11 and right by a drive thru fast food place, so it doesn't scream "upscale". BUT once you get inside it gets really good. Great food, they make their own marinara. The pizza is great, the meatball sub is great and the antipasto salad is great. Very solid place. Allow 30 mins if ordering pizza for takeout.
