1st time at this establishment Ashley displayed superb Customer Service as well as other staff members food was excellent
The great view was of the west bay area, we were up high enough to see over everything with the full glasses in area where we watched about 12 sailboats and various watercrafts...we had our choice of inside or outside seating...the decor was unique with multi colored stain glass hanging lampshades plus the food was delicious...food choices for our brunch was delightful and presented not just brought to the table...would go again!

Delicious:). The view is amazing first of all, and it is accompanied by some good tasting food. The shrimp pasta was flavourful with a nice kick with huge shrimps! The ribeye was average but still good nonetheless. The grilled salmon was best far one of the best that I've had at a restaurant. The sear on it was beautiful, with nice char lines, the inside was perfectly moist and the plating was lovely. I had a side of spicy lentils which were pretty good as well.
Good happy hour, great view. Will come back for both.
Great Place with an Amazing view. Had a couple of plates, all of the top notch especially the Bacon Bleu Mussels Draft beers and an awesome happy hour will definitely keep me coming back

Really enjoyable dining experience in a pleasant part of downtown. 4th floor, so when the sun sets on the west-caving balcony you'll want a hat so that you can actually see. without getting blinded. A new building is going up right across the street, and it will block half of the view, but look to the left and right and you'll still get a good vista. Also, there is a long row of seating which works well for couples, but not so good for conversation with larger parties. Unique choices of foods, for example an appetizer of bacon-wrapped dates. There is plenty to choose from for special diets. Salmon was fantastic and came with tons of veggies and quinoa.
Our stay at the Porto Vista Hotel included a daily breakfast. We really enjoyed the food and the staff was very friendly and attentive.The view of the bay is great and made for a nice experience.

Great views! Food and cocktails were spot on. Food selection not the best. Service was perfect. I'll be back. Awesome location.
For dinner reasons I thought this is more like an upscale restaurant, but it is more of casual. We sat down inside and the view is okay. BUT the food was GOOD. We had some salad, salmon and pizza... well specially the salad was great. Just be aware the salad comes in huge portion (can share it among 3 friends). The salmon was great as well. I would definitely go back for the salad. Parking was free (for two hours) and specially in that neighborhood it helps a lot.
Dined there for happy hour, $3 off small plates; try the fish tacos and Kung Pao wings; you won’t be disappointed!
The restaurant provided excellent service. Our bartenders were Reina and Alan and they attended us so well! They brought us chips and salsa and served us quick and with smiles. Great atmosphere and great view! Drinks were great too!
Weve stayed at this hotel multiple times and we always have drinks here!! Our last stay 10/4 to 10/6/19 the bartender was awesome!!! They always have the best music playing and the drinks are yummy!!!!

Came here with my best friend and we loved it, the view was just amazing! A great reminder of why we live in San Diego! Also, the staff is great. Especially Nico the server, he was sweet & super fun! Garrett at the bar was on point as well & great drink variety! You need to go check it out for yourself!
